OK, I see now. When that was originally posted I thought it was just a teaser for the upcoming release. I will pay closer attention in the future!

It was just a teaser. No official announcement went up when the Film became available. I had just been feverishly watching for it since the announcement and caught it shortly after it became available. After skimming through bits of it to check for Disc functionality I came and posted my comments. This site was down however when the files became available so that’s a big part as to why nothing was ever officially mentioned.

On Another note… I Really REALLY Hate the new forum design.

You are not the only one that hates it, this is a huge step backwards, I am afraid we may not be posting here much anymore.

Question for anyone that knows, the original opening subtitles on Bram Stoker's Dracula, are these on the HDTV version or only the previous DVD's? I know this is one of the biggest complaints on the old and the new BD's

 Excellent, then I am all ready to go!  I also was coming back to post that I love the reveal!  Add's one more layer to the TeamBlu presentation.  Much better than the usual methods of "Coming soon" or "Now Available".  

I actually just brought this up to my art guy and he loved the idea, so this will be our new thing from here on out, if anyone remembers way, way back when I was doing the HD2DVD projects I had a great art guy back then as well, TheCassidy, and he always made these for me and I kind of missed it lol, so I had to see if my guy now would do it and he loves the idea! so here we are.

This is a BD25, the only BD50 projects coming soon that are BD50's are Night of The Living Dead 1968 SE and UE and The Black Hole SE, the other 3 are BD25's.

lol I don't think anyone does, we get next to no comments at all from all the sites I post at, this is why my posts with info and such have dropped dramatically, no point it spending all that time in presentation when no one reads it or comments anyways lol.

So the BD that was made is indeed NOT the theatrical but posted as theatrical? I knew I should have waited before downloading.

By the way thanks for those youtube links, when we did our version of Conan The Barbarian US theatrical I went over it a thousand times lol to make sure all was right, no offense but this is why I generally only like our projects, but no biggee easy to delete off the server.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't he just showing what can be done, not a final color fix? I mean I thought from what I have been seeing he is pretty much showing what can be done here with the different sources for reference.

I mean color correcting is so darn touchy, not everyone is going to like all the changes, heck we see this in some of our releases, you just have to try and please most lol, either way this program is a great little tool and thanks a ton for sharing it.

Does anyone have any images, screens, pics anything showing what The Warriors may have had for color? some seem to think the HD file is correct(I am assuming the Blu-ray is the same, I am not sure I do not have the BD yet) but most seem to think the NTSC DVD is correct, I myself do think the Riffs outfits were a little on the orange side and that their skin was definitely more tan, I mean the Warriors were outside a lot and they were on the Boardwalk lol.

So any help at all on this would be very helpful.

So I seem to remember a few months back Dark_Jedi you were in the market for a new Blu Ray player.  Did you ever get one?  I've been toying with the idea of picking up a new player myself here in the near future and was curious what player you ended up going with.  I still swear by my PS3 but have considered an Oppo, Pioneer Elite, Denon or Marantz player.  My biggest concern right now is what players are both 3d Capable and easily play BD-R's out of the box.  Streaming and apps are of no use to me, so I'd prefer a player that's of a much higher build quality over something that has a bunch of apps that i won't use on it (which is why I've been leaning toward the aforementioned brands and their nice look/build).  Just curious what you ended up going with or what your research uncovered. 

No, funds have not yet let me get a new player yet, so testing BD50's at the moment for me is a no go, plus I still have not decided on one,  I just know that I need to be able to play anything I throw at it, I need to test these projects.

*edit, never mind this post, the DVD I was asking for I actually had in my collection.

Just grabbed my copy and watched it at 8x on my laptop. At 44:58 the Monsters HD logo appears, then turns into VOOM or something, then goes away at 45:20. Didn't see any others throughout the rest of the film.

Hope that's helpful -- I'd love to see what you guys can do with this movie! :) My wife and I actually just watched your "Maximum Overdrive" disc last night. Just amazing! Keep up the good work!
