BEAUTIFUL WOMEN NEW RULES IN FIRST POST (NSFW) UPDATED RULES

It sure is cool having seen pics like this so many times, and having that shock now that I finally know her name. Isn't it strange how that happens? As a matter of fact, I learned the name of another model today, who also kept showing up by coincidence. Presented atop a pool table, here's Kayden Kross:

Idea: possible 'Little Rascals/Our Gang' Restoration? (Ideas and Brainstorming)
Time

Also, I'm wondering if Cabin Fever released on Laserdisc all of the same volumes that were on VHS. I think the DVD release was never actually completed, in terms of the number of episodes, before they went out of print. Does anybody know anything more about this? I don't have very much information, and would like to know if it'd be worth it for me to track down and purchase all of the LDs.

Idea: possible 'Little Rascals/Our Gang' Restoration? (Ideas and Brainstorming)

These memorable comedy shorts ran from the 1920s until the early 1940s, and are still enjoyable in modern times. Not to mention, they have very much historical significance. I think they really need proper restoration. There have been many VHS releases, and a few DVD ones as well, but the best release by far is the one by Cabin Fever Entertainment. They were uncut, unlike the TV broadcasts which most other releases were sourced from, and were restored beautifully from 35mm MGM prints (supposedly from the Library of Congress). When Cabin Fever Entertainment began releasing these films on DVD, though, they had gone out of business. Sadly, this makes the DVD version extremely hard to find. All other DVD releases that I know of are in poor quality and censored and/or colorized. Luckily enough, I was browsing LDDB today, and coincidentally discovered that Cabin Fever Entertainment also released a Laserdisc copy. Do you think an LDRIP should be done? I do own a Pioneer Laserdisc player, but I’m unsure about the video capture equipment I may have. Would anyone else be interested in seeing this happen?

A new low in Star Wars games

saw that this morning.....ugh man....it can't get any worse than that

In the context of Star Wars gaming, much of the extended universe (but not all of it), and obviously the releases from '97 and after, I've been telling myself that for such a long time. Somehow, though, LFL and the licensed merchandisers never cease to amaze me with how insulted I can feel. Well, nevertheless, I hope it doesn't get any worse.

Empire Of Dreams: Something I noticed about the 2004/2006 DVDs...
Time

In the documentary “Empire of Dreams” that came on the 2004 set’s bonus disk, there is some unaltered Star Wars footage in the part where they talk about the opening day. This must have come from GOUT, since they didn’t have any other sources of it that hadn’t been changed. This documentary is at a widescreen ratio, and shockingly, so is the footage I’m talking about. So, since it was shown clearly to be widescreen, why was it letterboxed on the 2006 bonus disk? I know it was from the Laserdisc master, but if it had already been corrected to be anamorphic, then why would Lucasfilm release the square one?

Here’s a DVD screenshot that I took in VLC:

What Movie Is This? Game!
Time

*Super Mega Ultra Obscurity Challenge*

The movie I'm thinking of is falsely advertised (skillfully), and leads people who see it's cover to think that it's a medieval adventure epic, when in reality, it is a cop drama. (It's certainly not a good one, either.) This movie currently has 3.2 out of 10 stars on IMDB, and was only released on VHS in 1992 as far as I know. The movie I'm talking about had a sequel, in 1995. Also, there seems to have been an unrelated martial arts film from Hong Kong with the same name.

Feel free to use google, and there may be a prize... :)

The Puggo Edition - webpage and screenshots (Super 8 transfers - Released)
Time

Whoever purchases this print:

Years ago I was fortunate enough to first witness the sheer awesomeness of Star Wars. Now it begs us to assist in the struggle against the defacing of history. I regret to inform you that I am unable to purchase this feature myself, but I am not wealthy enough, and I'm afraid my mission to do a transfer has hit a huge delay. I am confident, however, that if the print falls into the right hands, we shall indeed prevail in this cause. You must see this movie properly transferred, and delivered to the generations who shall also wish to witness it. This is our most desperate hour. Help us, [INSERT HEROIC USERNAME HERE], you're... uuhhh... *cough* *cough* Thank you.

As I posted in the memorabilia subforum, I'm going for this print. Luckily, my birthday was very recent, and I received a good sum of money. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to bid. I don't think I have transfer equipment that's nearly as good as Puggo's, but at least I've got one of these types of things:

Hopefully, the quality will be beyond decent. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it, though.

I'm going to attempt to win this. The recently added YouTube clip looks beautiful, considering it was recorded with a phone. May the force be with us... *gazes into the distance*

Megaupload Shut Down by Feds

In all honesty, I don't know of any way to guarantee that the page is legitimate. I was merely spreading the word which had gotten me excited deeply. Now that I'm learning about these "bird calls", I hereby apologize in the event that it's a fake, though nobody knows for sure. I'll edit my prior post, with the link, to alert all people of this possibility....
