"Fan questions" can be submitted on the celebration website.
Wonder how many submitted questions we can enter for an OOT restoration.

Never been sure which version of Nosferatu is the most correct, but I've been happy with my original Kino release.
Going on a Sidney Lumet binge: Network, Dog Day Afternoon, Prince of the City, and the criminally underrated The Hill.
Nooooooooo!
They can't slap Craig's face on this!
Otherwise I hope that it lives up to the greatness of the original. And they should finally include the "All Bonds" mode. Finally a chance to headshot Connery as Moore or to win as Lazenby.
I remember noticing that when I was a kid.
That's about all you can do to preserve a sense of SW spirit.
Shatterpoint did excite me over the notion of having an R-rated prequel though. That would have been worth watching: Star Wars meets Apocalypse Now.
Maybe it's just me, but I hated The Prestige.
I do like Proyas a lot, but I robot was just painful.
But Ben was pretending to be a crazy old wizard and didn't want to really interfere with the Larses and Luke's upbringing. He was content enough to watch from the shadows.
I'm mainly saying this because this is Col. Nicholson we're talking about. Otherwise I would agree. The NPR Lars is much more gruff.
Harry Brown. Finally got here in the States! Great Caine performance-best film he's had since Quiet American. Great for lovers of Get Carter (like me!), but overall it really doesn't go much of anywhere. It is nice and gritty though-plus it destroys Gran Torino. 6/10
Then I was dragged into Babies. Weirdest double feature ever. It works for about the first 15-20 minutes and then just gets monotonous. All we do is stare at babies. That's it. There are no Rebels there or any dialogue. 4/10
Watched Clue for the umpteenth time. "One plus two plus one plus one".
I still haven't seen Dances With Wolves. Now I really want to.
Witchfinder General is a must. Vincent has one of his best roles in this very dark little movie. The lack of a big budget really adds to the overall creepiness. It predates the look and feel of films like Straw Dogs and Clockwork. The new DVD is finally uncut.
All of the above are completely true. I adore the original series. But for some strange reason I actually want to go back and watch this train wreck again.
In the late 90's studios started cutting films after bad tests pretty frequently. Not sure why they would take all of that effort to trim a finished product. Some films like The Saint had entire new endings and other scenes shot.
I bet that's why some of the more problematic titles (TSWLM, Goldeneye) haven't been released yet for blu. The Lowry produced UEs on DVD are hit or miss. I've started collecting the various SE discs that I know are superior to the UEs. They also have their own problems, but the colors are right and exactly what they should be. Really wish I had bought the SEs when they were originally out.
This is the best comparison I have seen of the standard def releases: http://www.bulletsnbabesdvd.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3053
What complicates it more is that the technically inferior mono mix is actually the definitive final one. I am glad that it was partly used in the 97 mix. BTW does anyone know how much of it makes up the 97 5.1?
This looks to be the definitive preservation of the real SE. Using these avoids all of the problems of the LDs. The Reivax alone blows both the LD and VHS out of the water (although it isn't perfect).
As of right now is there a set for all three films in NTSC? Have been looking for something to work with besides VHS quality.
This went way beyond my expectations. For the first time in years I actually experienced Empire instead of simply re-watching a copy.
This would be great for SW and Jedi as well.
Something that has always bugged me. What would have happened if he had killed Luke with that bolt?
Oh...(face really drooped when reading last post) well that's just not right. That's not even remotely alright. That is stupidity!
For some reason that movie was nowhere near as atrocious as I thought it would be. It shouldn't have been released theatrically.
Gaffer Tape said:
But does he really "add" anything to ROTJ?
He adds his badass clapping skills. And a purple cape.
It looks like a shot they were finally able to go back and "finish". And it sticks out like a sore thumb
Werner Herzog.
LTK isn't that bad, but it is way too late 80's action and Miami Vice influenced. After the long hiatus the Brosnan films had no lasting appeal to them. They were too weak for what the time demanded. GE and TWINE are the only ones with good story elements, but overall they lacked impact. You have to go back to The Living Daylights to see classic Bond elements.
Indy should never be in the 1950's. He exists as a 1930's escapist adventure. That damn fridge was the moment where you knew that this film was beyond any and all saving. It would have been better if Willie had just screamed continuously for two hours.
Pre-Lowry is only the LD and VHS right? And all they really changed were a few little things like the glass reflection and some matte lines?
Oh, sounds like a lot of fun-not!
