I am just changing the name of this to STAR WARS: points of origin named after an episode in the radio drama series
In my own opinion copyrights are a pain but this is better than the SP
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uv3__LvHL3Y&feature=youtu.be here are thos two small clips from The Star Wars Holiday special I will be using

Han Shot. Full stop. Greedo never got a shot off.I should copyright that and have it printed on t-shirts
I've been trying to come up with a good way of saying "Han was the only one to shoot", since I completely agree. "Han Shot." Works rather well.
I know Disney makes the color brighter on their "special editions" and that's all so if Disney repackages this it might have the theatrical version remastered unlike the 2006 GOUT but it won't be nearly as good as this
Where can I find these
I really enjoy this I will show this to my grandfather he will probably say "This reminds me of the old days when I was young and I didn't have to see those stupid "special editions". personally I hate the special edition changes such as if you read my signature about greedo shooting first I hated the CG scenes and the Jabba the Hutt scene but I still bought those for the quality same as the 04 DVD and the BD but then I heard about this and well this is good for so many reasons 1 it is very good quality (c3-po is really gold in this) 2 it has the alternate audio I was looking for (different aunt beru voice) 3 it is almost as if the theatrical version came to blu-ray and this is all good in time before 7 8 and 9 come out now owned by Disney :( but I will never have to collect again that is why I subscribed to this topic to see when v2.5 comes out
Actually I noticed there was some rare mos eisely footage that was small but recycled for The Star Wars Holiday Special that was not part of the blu-ray release it is only displayed in 4:3 full screen of course but I have a really good quality version of it on my laptop I may just convert it to 720p HD and see how it looks or I might just leave it
Some one please help me find the alternate audio from the corn pops mail away version of The Making Of Star Wars
I will be going to best buy and future shop to get a good editing software program

As is said above, take your lumps and bumps and move on, don't let anyone stop you. If it's something you still believe in, go right ahead with your project. But in future if you want your project received with more warmth... instead of making your first post like this:

STAR WARS: behind the eye is a new fan documentary that I want to make that will end all the other fan documentary's such as deleted magic building empire and returning to jedi this is one out of three documentary's containing footage from official documentary's deleted scenes and other material
...I'd suggest something more like this...

'STAR WARS: BEHIND THE EYE' is a new fan documentary that I want to make.
The fantastic work by editors such as Jamie Benning on projects like 'Building empire' and 'Returning To Jedi' has inspired me to do something similar. This edit will be incorporating some of the latest footage not available when those projects were compiled and where possible will be in glorious HD!
This will be the first FanEdit I've attempted so I'd appreciate everyone's advice on what is the best software to use. Also if you can suggest footage and ideas that would be fantastic!
More deatils to follow Star Wars fans!
Sounds better right? Some basic formatting would've hepled for a start, rather than a spew of lowercase words. Either that or hire a PR management team ;-)
I agree with what you say thanks

yes please :)
Sure thing! Here's how to receive your personal notification in less than 5 seconds:
About once per week, visit this link:
http://originaltrilogy.com/forum/topic.cfm/Harmys-STAR-WARS-Despecialized-Edition-HD-REMASTERED-v21-AVCHD-is-now-out/topic/12713/
If the text at the beginning of the post that currently reads:
STAR WARS DESPECIALIZED EDITION REMASTERED v2.1 AVCHD is now out!!!
has changed to say something like:
STAR WARS DESPECIALIZED EDITION REMASTERED v2.5 AVCHD is now out!!!
then you have successfully received your notification of the release of Star Wars: DE v2.5 and can proceed to obtain it using the methods outlined in the same first post of this thread.
Thanks for your interest in the project! Like you, we're all looking forward to the release of v2.5 and additional future updates!
Thank you for that
This is all true but I guess I will still try to look for the alternate narration for the making of Star Wars
Well I don't think I will continue after all of your negative comments so yeah and the Star Wars holiday special sucks by the way

The thing I find interesting is that you claim that this will be the greatest documentary on SW ever, yet you don't have editing software and you've never done a fanedit, so all we have is you flapping your lips. Can you give us some samples of your work to back up your claims?
well if no one like this and where it is going I will just call it quits

hey I am not being like that I just like to pitch in thats all
yes alright
I have seen the video and currently have v2.1 on my computer and I have the other two despecialized editions of the films and I am eagerly awaiting for v2.5 of this film and v2.0 of the other two

This is excellent news. It's been too long since the last behind-the-scenes compilation of Episode IV. Can't wait to watch yours and then meticulously delete every memory of any previous STAR WARS docs. And then in 5 years I can make my own documentary edit that destroys your trash.
we'll see about that
well on blu-ray it was all in color and there was audio whereas behind the magic the scene had no audio and no color because when the film negative was found it was washed and deteriorated so lucasfilm must have cleaned it for the blu-ray and earlier ocpmovie used the radio drama for audio
well at least the first luke deleted scene looks better on the BD then on earlier versions
yes but ideas are good
well back to the main project is there any other documentary to use as sources or am I all good here?
so yeah that would be good as a bonus
