Wow, that's a huge improvement! Congratulations on your hard work Harmy.

Officially uncanceled. I guess I'm not surprised. 2 more seasons for sure, which is 1 more than Fox was threatening they'd get even with the paycuts.
Oh well, nothing new...
I'll check this out when I get home, torrents are disabled from school. I really want to see what you've done!
I hope they don't go to cable...
A very strong point, Bingo. What worries me most is if we'll get another Set MacFarlane crapfest on Sunday night primetime in its place... I know he's got his grubby hands on the Flinstones. Could that replace the Simpsons? Or will we get another one of his cookie-cutter shows?
The show has only two seasons left even if the actors take a significant pay cut, says Fox. You can moan and groan about how the show should have been taken off life support years ago, and I can spent my time agreeing with you, but deep down I'd always hoped that The Simpsons would be a show that got the chance to choose to end - conclusion or no - without studio meddling. Oh well.
Kenkraly it would really do you some good to respond to Puggo's post rather than the people agreeing with him in short, less articulate posts. Also, Puggo actually gave you some CREDIT whereas all the posts you respond to just detract you. I honestly cannot believe you are a grown person...
It looks better with CG cartoons, but it's interesting with modern cartoons. Where the style of the animation really brings out the style of animation, however, it's awful. For example, with Batman: The Animated Series, it looks atrocious. I couldn't watch more than a few minutes.
Again, I really don't mind the option for the higher refresh rate but I fear eventually it will become the default and it'll be all we see, even at the theaters... not that anyone goes to the movies anymore anyway.
I actually like those high refresh rates on TVs as long as there's the option to turn them off. It's neat to watch a cartoon or play an old videogame that might suffer from lag that way. Definitely wish I had one.
cue Skyjedi Lowry/Bond release rant in 3... 2... 1...
Anyway I find film grain to look pleasing but I would hardly ever call it a plus as part of a movie. It's something that either is there or isn't, unlike a style of cinematography or plot which can change mid-movie. Doesn't make/break it for me, although as I said I would prefer it. I don't think I'd be able to articulate my view in much more detail without being easily contradicted, though, so excuse me for not elaborating.
Sometimes if a page error occurs and I try and make a post afterwards the "post reply" button on the refreshed page freezes and it can't do anything. Switched from simple to advanced editor to check if that was the problem, and sadly it's not that easy. Does this happen to anybody else?
The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. Seemed like good 5 AM music.
-lesigh- nooobody understands, the trouble I've seen....
I just noticed that six single-screen theaters in Westwood (five in the Village) alone have closed in the past 12 years. It's not quite my hometown, but I lived close enough that I went to all of them at least once. For reference, this is where the Village theater is; it hosts many movie premieres in Los Angeles, including at least 3 of the Harry Potter ones. Sad to see a town originally so rich in film culture dying like that.
The blue Hoth doesn't bug me as much as neon-green Yoda. He doesn't look that color in ROTJ on the blus, either! Heck, even the prequel Yoda isn't that colorific!
They killed Sheen's character so he couldn't take it to another sitcom or something like that.
Kenkraly let me be blunt. You are not welcome here! And you're doing yourself a disservice by coming here because as you've noticed people just make fun of you. Go back to badmouthing us places we're not welcome and idiots like you are the majority.
Sheesh.

Undercover Blues Brothers.
Bingo- I can excuse you being so sloppy with your 'bkev' sock account, but please stop posting the same titles with your 'xhonzi' sock account and your "TheBoost" sock account.
Sincerely,
Your xhonzi sock account
It's such a shame that's expensive! It actually looks pretty fantastic. If nobody bids on it, maybe a forum member could try and strike a deal outside of ebay with the seller?
^Me neither! I've never seen:
-Ghostbusters 2
-Rocky III-VI
-Deer Hunter
-The 39 Steps
-Dial 'M' for Murder
-Any Planet of the Apes movie that's not Burton's.
-Avatar
-Independence Day
So many more that I probably should...

I have never seen Footloose or Grease. I didn't see The Blues Brothers until I was about 22 because someone told me it was a musical.
Also, I have never seen a blue duck.
