Last movie seen
Time

Saw The Killers yesterday.  As I love That '70s Show, I love Ashton Kutcher.  A good mix of fun and action, but very heavy on the "jittercam" and awkward close-up shots during the action.  I guess a 7/10.

I then went home and watched Forrest Gump.  I much prefer the movie to the book, significantly changed for the better.  A 9/10.  Throughout the whole movie, though, I hated Jenny.  What a clueless bitch.

RIP John Wooden
Time

http://agreenspa.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/wooden_pyramid.jpg

1910-2010.  Ninety-nine great years. For those of you who don't know who he is, he was head basketball coach at UCLA from 1947 to 1975, and led the team to win the NCAA championships 10 out of 12 years - as well as four perfect 30–0 seasons.  No coach has produced a better record since.  John Wooden, you have now made it to the one place that your Pyramid of Success couldn't take you. May you rest in peace.  For me to know a sports coach by name - let alone college sport - he must have been a big deal.  This is the guy who can barely stand any sport, unless he's actually there.  I guess my autographed pennant is going back on the wall for awhile.

When did you realize the Prequels sucked?
Time

1.  The Phantom Menace.  I'm not convinced this one totally sucks yet; the Phantom Edit did a good number on it.

2.  Attack of the Clones, or Snore Wars.  I never liked this one.  Saw it twice in theaters, have no desire to see it again.

3.  Revenge of the Sith.  This came out when I was in 6th grade, and I thought it was... well, okay.  Saw it with my dad while vacationing in Lanai, which is a good memory associated with it.  Haven't seen it in full since.

So basically #2 and #3 are the ones I'd say really suck; 2 I knew right away, and 3 is in retrospect.
