boot into safe mode and go to administrator? I dunno. You can make a new account from there and transfer your stuff, I think... but then again, I don't have a password on my account, only on my computer itself.
Saw The Killers yesterday. As I love That '70s Show, I love Ashton Kutcher. A good mix of fun and action, but very heavy on the "jittercam" and awkward close-up shots during the action. I guess a 7/10.
I then went home and watched Forrest Gump. I much prefer the movie to the book, significantly changed for the better. A 9/10. Throughout the whole movie, though, I hated Jenny. What a clueless bitch.
Looking good. Any chance it might be pitch-corrected, by any chance?
1910-2010. Ninety-nine great years. For those of you who don't know who he is, he was head basketball coach at UCLA from 1947 to 1975, and led the team to win the NCAA championships 10 out of 12 years - as well as four perfect 30–0 seasons. No coach has produced a better record since. John Wooden, you have now made it to the one place that your Pyramid of Success couldn't take you. May you rest in peace. For me to know a sports coach by name - let alone college sport - he must have been a big deal. This is the guy who can barely stand any sport, unless he's actually there. I guess my autographed pennant is going back on the wall for awhile.
Hey, I remember that thread!
Who.
bkev is a Kevin, but hopefully not the one mentioned.
Hey, at least it's no the "second grapple hook" post!
Comment retracted, my sincere apologies Kurgan.
WAIT GAFFFF!!! PLEEEASE REVIEW WONDER WOMAN.
: Hi, I'm Lance, and I'm pretty sure I've already made this joke... but, either way, I'm definitely not a woman!
Ric Olie voice: Kurgan is making his usual demands for a torrent, is all.
Are you sure your advice column didn't get more attention?
Seriously though, I like Xhonzi's approach.
Mark Hamill as the Joker. I don't care if he never really acted him on screen, he is the Joker and it's a damn shame he's retiring after Arkham Asylum II. Just the right amount of crazy, with a tiny bit of camp. I don't think Batman The Animated Series would be quite as memorable without his portrayal.
The glass reflection, a few matte lines... I think something about the cart chase in Temple of Doom. But what actually bothers people is the more recent sci-fi airings have included a new CG matte for one scene in Raiders. I can never find the thread that compares it, but... well, to be honest, both shots look pretty bad.
Is there such a thing? Pre-new matte possibly, but definitely there's no pre-Lowry HD transfer available. I doubt Lowry was responsible for that. Unless somebody did a homemade one, what you've seen on TV is what you'll get.
Every shot but the AOTC one looks great! And I'm a fan of your ideas.
1. The Phantom Menace. I'm not convinced this one totally sucks yet; the Phantom Edit did a good number on it.
2. Attack of the Clones, or Snore Wars. I never liked this one. Saw it twice in theaters, have no desire to see it again.
3. Revenge of the Sith. This came out when I was in 6th grade, and I thought it was... well, okay. Saw it with my dad while vacationing in Lanai, which is a good memory associated with it. Haven't seen it in full since.
So basically #2 and #3 are the ones I'd say really suck; 2 I knew right away, and 3 is in retrospect.
Oy. Gotta think before I speak. I'm not paying any attention. Comment retracted, at least here.
My apologies for starting drama that doesn't belong here.
Gettin' a little tired of seeing you twist people's words to the extreme Warb.
Can't compare it to the TB set, but the Reivax one is pretty solid.
"it does seem like he's been off and on trying to kill himself for quite a while"
So at least he didn't actually kill himself, you know?
At least it was of natural causes and he didn't actually go through with killing himself...
