I have begun a frame-by-frame restoration of the scene with Luke and Biggs outside the Tosche Station. I’m doing 4 frames a day, and there are 4584 frames, minus the first two, which I’m skipping due to their extremely poor condition, so it should take me 1145 days, or 3 years and a bit.

Neither of these was in the original release, however for the Special Edition they added some new footage of Lando’s ascent/descent in the top hatch of the Falcon to make it look and work better.

Updated version of the Biggs reunion with the audio sync fixed and the 2nd guy to walk past is now changed to an X-Wing pilot. I think he might stand out too much, but let me know what you think.

the colors between the old and the new scenes are very different.
