Yeah, some lines might well be incorporated in a fan cut. But here we're talking about an extended cut, and that's not about creating new things in the movies, but adding already existing deleted scenes

.
I however would be interested in doing my own cut of the film and so I'd certainly like to perhaps use some lines (as they really sound like Temuerra). However, I only have the german version, so I'll need to get the lines from somewhere. But in Republic Commando, there's also a ton of cool lines that might be used for the clones

I have now ripped the video files too. Is it correct that there are only eight video files on the cd? (01-02A, 03-04A, 06A, 08-10A, 12A, 16A, 18-19A, 21A.SMK) What about 05, 07, 11, 13-15, 17 and 20? And the dark side ending? Where do I get those?

Sounds great and interesting

. A suggestion: you could include the little cut scene in which a pilot (red leader?) tells Luke on Yavin that he'd known his father and that he'd been a great pilot (then you could show parts of the Coruscant space battle and then blend over to the Yavin battle). Just a suggestion though.

Well, I will certainly do a fan edit of Episode III (but first I'll do one of the first two episodes, which includes a lot of working). I too want to put all these scenes you have mentioned in AND if it doesn't look too bad (= if I can make them look better), some animatics from Hyperspace (there would be slightly extended Dooku duel, V-Wings over Coruscant in battle, and more fighting on Kashyyyk and Utapau).

I've asked on a fan audio board if anyone can do a good voice over, if I can get someone good, I'll add it into an extended edition.

@RichKS: Great! Then the VHS should be in very good quality as well.

For I haven't done many menues before (well I once made a Clone Wars vol. 2 DVD with a menu, but it wasn't great), I don't think that I could do this ...

Where can I find more info on this DVD? Does it really include the scene from Ep. 5 in which the stormtroopers are being lured into the trap, or only the little scene we already know in which 3-PO takes the sign away?

I don't know anything about emulators, but I'd definitely love to see the cut scenes from "The Clone Wars"

In the next few days I'll try to capture the sequences from Rogue Suqadron I on my PC. The quality will probably be better than a capture from the console version

I'd try to do that too but I got no idea how to find the video files (they'll be somewhere in the game data -> base? directory, but where?!). Could you perhaps link to the page on theforce.net where that is explained?
