I also love Dark Horse though, if not more.

Seriously. And I didn't get any results back.
Is this really the appropriate place to be asking that question?
But.......................what about Watchmen and Superman?
What happened to ocpmovie?
That reminds me.....Marvel or D.C?
Marvel:0
D.C: 1

generalfrievious, there's more things to life than Star Wars.
While it would be nice to have the OOT released in good quality, they're just movies, as enjoyable as they are.
You might be right on that. But unfortunately most people born after 1990 don't even know the difference between the OOT and the SE, and do not seem to care about this silent destruction.
As an individual that was born in 1997, this is true. However, I would rather someone thirty years from now see the OT in their SE form than not at all.
And SilverWook, I said there's more things to life than Star Wars, not movies in general.
I will be a happy day when Kenkraly's post are kinda darkened and there is a red circle with a line across it by his name.
Is there any way to ban him?
What happened to ChainsawAsh?
You're good Frink. I doubled checked my post to see if I actually said that.
The Doors.
Maybe I would have liked it more if they portrayed Jim Morrison as a little more likable. He was never this crazy. In fact, most of the time he was a pretty likable down to earth guy. I guess they thought that would be too boring.
When the Indian Chief leaves him, I thought "Why didn't he leave him earlier in the film? He's been batshit insane since the movie got about 30 minutes in!"
Still, Val Kilmer looked, sounded, and moved just like him.

Adywan 1st off we don't know if the same transfers for SE OT that where on dvd will be used for the blu-ray box set. Why do you keep saying that? DVD's are 480p and Blu-Ray is 1080p ok. And the encodes for DVD's are MPEG 2 blu-rays are using VC-1 or AVC HD MPEG 4. We won't know what the transfers will look until we see screen captures on the different blu-ray sites like digital bits , blu-ray.com etc.
What the hell are you talking about? Didn't you see the trailer?
Well, of course it's going to be higher quality from the DVDs, but it's still going to be the 2004 version, probably with even more changes, if that's what you mean. Your posts make me feel dyslexic.
Besides, we weren't even discussing that! We were talking about the disc art. It seems to me that all you try to do is cause trouble around here.....
I can guarantee that your response will be "okay im sorry i wont do it agian its just that i like both versions but i'm getting the blu-ray set anyway etc. etc."
Can't you just wait until the blu-ray comes out and stop saying stupid crap!?!?!? If you always get ridiculed when you post in this thread why do you keep saying this stuff?
I hate to be such an "OT.com troll" but this is getting sooooooooo old.

NOW THERE ARE TWO OF US!
There already were two of us! Remember me?
The reason my post count is lower than yours is because I mysteriously disappeared for about two months.
Awwwwwwwwwww!
And here's a picture of Frink's mom, with Frink in the background.
They are both alive and well, surprisingly.
Then..................what did I see?
Oh I agree. Close Encounters of the Third Kind is another really great classic Spielberg film.
That reminds me, has anyone heard anything about Jaws getting a blu-ray release yet?

A very strange selection of character images for the disc art (click to view full size)
Hopefully this is just some fan made rubbish that Amazon have used, but i have a bad feeling it is real.
Honestly, they didn't look that bad, until I clicked "view image".
Then I noticed that they were made to look like watercolor paintings in Photoshop! What the hell?!?

V for vendetta: I've never read the comics, I thought it was a great film. 7 out of 10 balls.
I have it in my big stack of DVDs to watch this summer. This is one of them.
Super 8 has replaced Source Code, and Jaws has reclaimed 1975, after Barry Lyndon held the spot for a long time.
