Jeez, I leave the house for 30 minutes and all this drama happens? Other than that, I'm not going to comment on the situation.

Anyway, while I was out running errands, I picked up some kewl stuff. A couple of Beatles notebooks for school.

They also had A Hard Day's Night, but I could only get two.

(I'm only half kidding - I should have said "maybe it won't be meh this time)

No, you were right. The movie was boring. Scott is very hit and miss IMHO. When he misses it's never terrible, but almost always bland-city. Alien is one of my favourite movies, but Blade Runner and Robin Hood were snorefests.

How..............................dare you.

Only Sith deal in unabashed Ridley Scott praise!

You have it all wrong. I somewhat agree with your statement. But to call Blade Runner boring is like calling Fight Club a chick flick.

At this point it's unclear how this will relate - will it be a sequel, a prequel or something more akin to a tangential project ala "Prometheus" - set on the same futuristic Earth filled with Replicants and Blade Runners but revolving around entirely different characters.

This might be neat.

How...................................................dare you.

The very thought of a Blade Runner sequel, remake, reboot, etc. sends a terrified chill down my spine.

Don't fuck with the Blade Runner.

In anticipation of this second viewing, I watched Badlands, Days of Heaven, and The Thin Red Line (I saw The New World when it came out). I think Days of Heaven was my favorite of the three...

Days of Heaven - 10/10

The movie Days of Heaven is very close to the life of my great-great-great-great grandmother, Murtle Gullion. (the girl character in Days of Heaven) Many people in my family have questioned whether or not somebody knew about her life, and wanted a film made.

Here's some pictures that my mom has of her:

She was an odd duck.

Today I picked up some awesome stuff for dirt cheap.

 The 3rd Birthday (free)

 Wipeout Pure (free)

 8GB Memory Stick (free)

Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The set that comes with the film cell and   screenplay. ($5)

 Help by The Beatles ($5)

 Lennon Legend ($5)

 Let it Be... Naked ($5)

Sadly, there were some problems. The CD booklets all had water damage, and one of them is so bad it's like a piece of cardboard. :-(

The CD's themselves are fine. I will post a video of the cardboard-like booklet. It's pretty bad.
