I recently walked in on my young cousin running around the room with a broomstick between her legs, holding a bloody pig's heart and shouting 'Jesus sucks, I love Satan'. I then realised, to my horror, that Marilyn Manson was playing on the stereo. I blame Potter.

Mace raises saber, anakin ignites his, severe's Mace's arm

Palpatine (removed no,no,no), you will die! (shooting lightning). **still looks human**

Mace gets fried goes out the window

Palpatine sighs with satisfaction, his true face revealed.

Anakin slumps down...palpatine rises.
Palpatine: You are fulfilling your destiny Anakin......become my apprentice, learn to use the darkside of the force.

Anakin: I pledge myself to your teachings.

Palpatine: good... very good.

Palpatine: The force is strong with you....a powerful sith you will become, henceforth, you shall be known as darth.....vader.

Anakin: thank you my master

Palpatine: rise...

If I were actually asked to come up with a serious idea for the TV show, I would suggest a band of brothers style show about Luke (played by Mark Hamill) training a new batch of young Jedi. But Lucas is never going to do anything that cool, so let's have baby luke's adventures on a farm on Tatooine.

Yeah, there's nothing wrong with admitting you're not familiar with Kubrick's work. I'm not either. Of what I have seen, it's a pretty mixed bag and I would not classify myself as a Kubrick 'fan'. I can see why people like it, and some of it I do really like (especially Dr.Strangelove and 2001), but Cassidy is right about Eyes Wide Shut and if you want my store-bought Eyes Wide Shut DVD for free, PM your address and I will send it to you. Seriously, I don't want it. Consider it a peace offering.
