I don't remember that. I do remember a big fight over where the statue should be kept. A lot of people wanted it to be kept in front of the Art Museum which is where it is in the movies, and alot of people thought it should be kept in the staduim complex with the statues of Philly athletes. I believe has been in the stadium complex after Rocky 5 was made. I'm sure it got moved back to the art museum for the filming of Rocky 6. I don't know why the city of Philadelphiia for fight Stallone to take the statue back. If the city didn't want the thing(and I'm sure that is not so), and Stallone didn't want to take the statue back, the city could just throw the thing in the trash.

I don't hate Rocky. I hate Stallone is doing to the Rocky legend. The first one was a classic. It should have stopped there.

I think it was unique and different, and contained great story telling, and was certainly not stereotypical.

t was somthing fresh and new, not the typical stuff that remake and sequel crazy hollywood puts out.

So who knows- it might a great film that fits that mold! Take a chance... take a buddy.

3. I have no desire to see a film about two men that want to have sex with each other. Should it be against the law? No. Should they be discriminated against? No. Do I
actually want to watch their romance and love making? no. If this makes me a bigot, so be it. *dons fire proof clothing*

saying you hate the Rocky sequels is fine, but saying you hate all the Rocky movies is unacceptable.

No one in this forum is allowed to like it, buy it, or go see it. I want a forum-wide banning of this movie. Violation of said rule will be punished by death. I will be the executioner.
