At least I didn’t vote for someone that:

  1. talked about banning people from coming into the country based on religion.

  2. talked with pride about sexual harassing/assaulting women.

  3. made fun of a disabled reporter

  4. insulted the parents of a soldier that made the ultimate sacrifice for the country.

  5. said a judge was unqualified due to his race

  6. said Mexicans were criminals.

  7. talked about doing away with Nato

fixed

?

He most certainly was a reality tv star and is most certainly unqualified for the Presidency.

Also, I have no respect for those that voted for Trump.

That’s another reason why Trump was elected.

whatever.

He’s right. The hysterics prompted a lot of people to vote for Trump to spite the faux outrage on the left. Ironically it created a lot of faux outrage on the right too.

I assure you, my outrage at Trump getting elected, and my lack of respect for those that voted for him is not faux.

^^^^^^The argument is pointless. The Election was decided. The Inauguration is tomorrow.

whatever and actually, it is on Friday, not tomorrow.

Most of what you said has either been debunked or is still unsubstantiated. The only things I see as absolute fact is that he was a reality T.V. star and he apologized for #2 numerous times. It was in poor form and he admitted as much.

He apologized because he got caught. I don’t take his apology as sincere.

#1 has long since been retired.

it has??

As to #7, talked about and doing are 2 different things entirely.

true, but talking about it is stupid enough.

I am okay with how you feel. I would have you notice that I personally, haven’t said any kind of mean junk about people who voted for or believed in Hillary Clinton, and I voted for Trump. Dr. Jill Stein was a bust and Bernie Sanders had the rug pulled out from under him by his own party. It was a sad state of affairs all the way around.

Only reason I voted for Hillary was because it gave the best chance at stopping Trump. There are some Republicans I would have voted for instead of Hillary and there are some where I would have voted third party/independent/write-in instead of voting for them or Hillary.

What about the Russian operative that was in the voting booth with me?

Making jokes like this doesn’t get rid of Russia’s role in the election. Everyone should be concerned about it, and a few respectable Republicans are, but most (including yourself, as well as most of congress) are willing to look the other way just because the guy with the “R” next to his name (never mind that he isn’t an “R”) and who isn’t a Clinton is the one who won.

Can you imagine his reaction if Clinton had won and there rumor going around that the Russians helped her? He’d be calling for a rebellion right now or he’d be demanding that Texas secede.

Quote from the article …

While these uncounted votes may grow Clinton’s popular lead, they absolutely will not change the course of the election. That math is settled; Trump holds an insurmountable lead in swing states, which turned his popular defeat into a sizable electoral victory. All the votes in liberal-leaning New York and California will not change that.

None of what you said changes the fact the most people did not vote for Trump and more people voted for Hillary than Trump.

I didn’t say any of that, it was quoted from the article.

very well, I will edit the post to note that.

As for your other comment, I will not respond out of respect for Frink and the forum. There is no need to gaslight the conversation in to something that adds nothing to the discussion.

What Frink said was correct.

It is your right to agree with his opinion but labeling members of this forum that did vote Trump in such a manner is not good form.

too bad. Right now, I care very little about showing respect to Trump voters.

It has nothing to do with correct or incorrect.

actually, it has everything to do with it.

  8. is buddy-buddy with Putin

  9. was a reality tv star

  10. is completely totally unqualified for the Presidency.

😉

What the hell are you talking about? The only reason he didn’t need the popular vote to win is because we elect Presidents via the Electoral College instead of the popular vote.

If there is one silver lining to Trump’s win, it’s that we don’t have to deal with another 4 to 8 years of ferris posting about Hillary Clinton.

Just need to remind you Dems what a horrid choice y’all made. Blame the Russians all you want, you can truly thank Hillary for Trump.

Anyone who assigns blame for Trump to a single factor, regardless of the factor chosen, isn’t paying attention or is trolling. She won the popular vote by a large margin and lost the three critical electoral vote states by a margin of approx. 100,000 raw votes. The blame, in no particular order, lies with

  • People who voted for Trump (simplified into four groups below)
    – Racists, sexists, and xenophobes
    – Good people who believed a metric ton of lies covering a ton of different subjects
    – People who hated Hillary so badly that they pretended Trump wasn’t worse
    – People who blindly voted “R”

The above remarks are disrespectful to any forum members that have voted for Donald Trump. These “4 groups” are also opinion kaka with no basis in fact or legal print. I wouldn’t normally respond to you but this was just not cool.

blow it out your ear. Frink was absolutely right. Also, I have no respect for those that voted for Trump. Anyone that couldn’t stomach voting for Hillary should have voted third party/independent/write-in.

Oh boy.

http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/fbi/314892-fbi-other-agencies-probe-possible-russia-aid-to-trump-report

The FBI and five other intelligence and law enforcement agencies are working together on an investigation into whether Russia’s government secretly helped President-elect Donald Trump win the election, according to a new report.

The collaborative probe is partially focused on whether any covert money from the Kremlin financed hacking operations to benefit Trump’s campaign, McClatchy reported Wednesday.

Two people familiar with the matter told McClatchy the intelligence agencies involved include the FBI, the CIA, the National Security Agency (NSA) and representatives for the director of national intelligence. Two law enforcement agencies — the Justice Department and the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network — are also participating.

According to McClatchy, the interagency working group is informal and began scrutinizing possible Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential race last spring. A key mission of the six-agency team, it said, is examining who financed the email hacks of major Democratic Party sources last year.

hmmmm, who could that possibly be? It would take someone with a lot money, motive for the Dems to lose, and low morals. hmm . . . .

I’d love to agree with you on this but until they show some actual proof in black and white, that can be verified, it’s all smoke and mirrors.

Uranium One.

😉

Well I am pretty sure that if it did happen, however did had a lot money, wanted the Dems to lose and is a bad person.
