ROBERT PATRICK’S BALLS ARE COVERED

That’s the biggest offense right there. If people can handle full frontal female nudity in 90% (rough estimate) of films, surely they can handle two balls.

In all fairness, it may be a situation of Robert Patrick never approving or wanting his private parts on screen. I think you would agree no actor or actresses private parts should be shown on screen with that actor’s/actress’ permission. If you were and a movie and your private parts were accidentally shown and you never gave your permission for them to be shown, you might want the director to go back and cover them up via cgi.

I’d say it was a rogue staffer.

If that is the case, maybe Cruz should be more careful who he gives access to his twitter account to.

It’s not like he gives his account to somebody. Politicians are old and don’t have time for Twitter. They let their staff handle it. I don’t think Ted Cruz had control over the hiring of this hypothetical staffer.

I am not talking about the hiring of the staffer, I am talking about giving the staffer access to his twitter account. A politician should be very careful when giving his/her username and password to things like twitter accounts.

Why can’t they just leave films as they originally made them?

Don’t add cgi.

Don’t change lighting/color.

Don’t add new scenes.

The only thing I agree with is cleaning the image and getting rid dirt and things that weren’t originally there.

Or at least keep the original version along with the altered version.

“Part of this is that the image has been made bright to account for the substantial light-loss caused by darkened 3D glasses, and further it would always occur when you’re restoring a nearly three-decade old film” Sorry. I think so. I don’t think restoration requires the changing of light and color, unless it is to get it back to what it was when the movie was originally released. Somehow, I don’t think T2 has been around long enough for it to lose its original light and color.

This whole article is hilarious. I especially love this paragraph, which I’m still trying to wrap my head around:

As a fledgling law clerk, Cruz said he once searched for hardcore pornography using the term “cantaloupe” alongside retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor — for work, he said. The evangelical Christian divulged his bizarre work duties alongside his wife, Heidi Cruz, and their two daughters during a CNN town hall in April 2016.

what the heck possible work reason would there be to search for hardcore porn using the term “cantaloupe” and retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor’s name?

Cruz liked a porn vid on twiitter. I suppose it is possible his account was hacked. I have to say if it wasn’t, he is really stupid. Anyone with any brains would have to realize it would get out to the media. In searching for this, I found out was behind a ban in Texas on sex toys. Why the heck would a state need to ban sex toys? Surely there more important things going on in Texas at the time than when whether or the state should ban sex toys. Stupid. Just stupid.

Alright, I’d like to bitch about facebook.

I guess I am stupid. I tried make post in facebook simular to my 911 tribute in the politics thread. The thing is I don’t see anyway for adding photos from the net to posts there. You can add posts from your computer, I don’t see was to add pics from the net. The best I could do was post the links. I can’t find a way to get the pics to display in the post itself. I tried to find help for this from facebook’s help area. I failed. I guess I am really stupid. So I decided to post a question there about it. There doesn’t seem to be an appropriate topic/subtopic to post the question under. By this time, I was little to pissed off really search for one. So posted the question probably were it doesn’t belong in the hopes that someone can get to the right area and I can get help. This shouldn’t be this difficult.

Fuck you Facebook

A Prayer for the 15th Anniversary of 9/11
By the Rev Jeremy Pridgeon(no, he is not the pastor of our church, our pastor just decided to use his prayer)

O God, our hope and refuge.
in our distress we come quickly to you.
Shock and horror of that tragic day have subsided,
replaced now with an emptiness,
a longing for an innocence lost.
We come remembering those who lost their lives
in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania.
We are mindful of the sacrifice of public servants
who demonstrated the greatest love of all
by laying down their lives for friends.
We commit their souls to your eternal care
and celebrate their gifts to a fallen humanity.
We come remembering and we come in hope,
not in ourselves, but in you.
As foundations we once thought secure have been shaken,
we are reminded of the illusion of security.
In commemorating this tragedy,
we give you thanks for your presence
in our time of need
and we seek to worship you in Spirit and in truth,
our guide and our guardian, AMEN
(The Rev. Jeremy Pridgeon is District Superintendent of the Pensacola District of the Alabama-West Florida Annual Conference)

Danielle Kousoilis went all through school from Kindergarten through 12th grade with my brother. She graduated from my highschool and Villanova with honors. She was vice president of the Cantor Fitzgerald brokerage. She was on the 104th floor of the World Trade Center, North Tower.

Lest we forget.

As for the whether the Queen can vote, I found something here:

http://www.newsweek.com/british-election-can-queen-vote-royal-family-prince-william-kate-middleton-622958

" “Although not prohibited by law,” the U.K. parliament website says, “it is considered unconstitutional for the Monarch to vote in an election.” "

So it is considered unconstitutional for the Monarch to vote.

Yet you said ‘…that they should have the right to vote’ - to which I replied they already have that right to vote, which they do - so the Queen can vote - whether constitutional or not, or considered constitutional or not.

I said that before I knew that it wasn’t prohibited by law. Now however, I am confused. If it is not Constitutional for her to vote, then she doesn’t really have the right to vote. Also if it is not constitutional for her to vote, doesn’t that mean it is unlawful for her to vote? Maybe it is different in your country, but in mine, the Constitutional is the highest level of law in our country. If something in our country is unconstitutional, it is but definition unlawful.

Well what do you think will happen eventually if they go unrepaired for long enough?

The Royals would have eventually pay the repairs themselves? - as they are on the ones living in them, and are responsible for the upkeep of them - as has been repeatedly said before, no?

What if they truly can not afford the needed repairs themselves?

I think this ends the conversation on the subject as it seems we’re going in ever-decreasing circles here.

perhaps we shall see.
