There is a guy on ebay currently that is selling DVDs which contain cutscenes from the Metal Gear Series in their entirety/

I figured that I could probably do it myself a heck of a lot cheaper, but I don't know how to go about it.

I've ripped music and the like from American games(like GTA VC and SA), but these are encoded differently. Any help?

From what I've heard its a pretty bare bones DVD, and the transfer isn't great.

But it is on sale for 10 bucks at most places, so its still worth a buy.

I don't know what you mean regarding the LOTR packaging, all they had were Standard Widescreen, Standard Fullscreen, and the theatrical editions(par for the course in DVD choices).

The voice actor I absolutely abhor is the one with the scathing voice that does Frieza and a vanship pilot on Last Exile(can't find her on IMDB), its like cats scratching a chalkboard in the middle of a machine shop.
