I'm not sure about anywhere that you can go to d/l instruction books, but I can always scan in the Soul Calibur II book and send it to ya.

I've seen tons around the net, but they're mostly NES, SNES, Genesis.

I haven't seen any scans for games newer than PS1 though.

I think if they ever publish Catwoman's Box Office returns they will convert it into yen and conveniently display the fact that it was converted at the very bottom in size 2 font.
