So any news?
Doesn't Adywan deserve a page on Wookieepedia for his work on the Revisited saga? The Phantom Edit also has it's own page!

The-Lion, it sounds like it may be a bad rip. Try starting from scratch and ripping the DVD again. It could also be a bad burn if you are ripping from a burned DL-DVD. Let me know how you get on
I really don't get it. I retried but still the same error. I haven't burned it yet, so I mount the ISO in Daemon Tools. I rip the DVD with DVD Decrypter and follow every step. The only thing I do different is adding dutch subs. But without these subs I still get the same error. And plenty of space, I still have 115 GB free space on that drive.
Edit: It worked, I just had to unmount the ISO but I don't know why that was necessary because I ripped the ISO with DVD Decrypter anyway, it works!
I do use the .m2v file! Look:

Nope, plenty of space

you spose to use the demux file in muxman not vobs.
I do exactly as in the instructions!
Ady, I tried to replace the audio stream with the one you uploaded but I always get this error in MuxMan:
I do exactly whats in the instructions.
brash_stryker said:The Skywalker name and Anakin/Vader are the biggest issues.
I really don't get why the Skywalker name is such a big problem? If you cut the rescue of Anakin and the Born of Vader you'll know that Anakin is the father or some kind of family of Luke. But you don't know Vader IS Anakin. So that's still a surprise in Ep V you'll remember the dying Anakin on Mustafar who must have survived it's fatal wounds.
Yes it can, that's how I watch Ady's ANH revisted and his AVCHD's
Darth Venal said:The problem is a dramatic one, however. Alderaan blowing up in Star Wars barely registers to me, it never did, and main reason for that is that we never see anything of it, or anyone on it who is being destroyed. Sure, blowing up a planet is dramatically impressive, but it's impersonal, and so, for me, emotionally lacking.
That's exactly the reason why I like the idea to change the name of Naboo to Alderaan in the prequels. I don't really care about the problem of two senators from one planet (Padmé and Bail Organa). It would just add that emotion to the scene because you see so much of the planet in the prequels.
It could work if you remove any reference of Anakin being Darth Vader. Then if you watch the movies in chronological order. You know that Anakin is Luke's father or some kind of family but you don't know he IS actually Vader. Then the line in ANH won't have to be changed. There's only one problem, Obi-Wan says that his student Darth Vader killed Anakin, but it's seems that Obi-Wan killed Anakin if you let him burn in Ep III.
Rhikter said:EDIT:
Ah crap! I keep forgetting that the biggest problems with this entire concept are the issue of why Obi-Wan is watching over Luke, and the whole "A young Jedi...who was a pupil of mine...betrayed and murdered your father" fiasco.
We have the Jedi Purge, Anakin is killing lot's of Jedi's in the temple. So Obi-Wan could tell one of them is actually Luke's father. Just don't show Anakin's transformation in Vader. And it maybe could work
Yes but does the separate discs have new cover art?
Does it have other cover art or is it the same as 2004/2006?
Yeah, you're right, the best SE version I've seen is a crappy old VHS. I really like to complete my collection with 'all versions'
So, how does the project go?
Could somebody reupload thes wonderfull edits to the newsgroups?
Also, LordVader, if you format your harddrive to HFS+ with Macdrive you can store HD films on the disk then if you connect the disk to the Xbox via USB you can watch HD movies. This is not possible with FAT32 (2 gb filesize limit) and NTFS (Not supported by Xbox)
I just saw a new Star Wars box:
I was wondering, which version of the movies are in this box? '04, '06?
I read in a comment that it contains the original version of the movies. But is it the same as the bonus discs from the '06 set?
Too bad you didn't add any dutch subtitle as you did with the first one.
But still great work!
Any updates Max_Rebo?
Thanks for the info. I want to convert Ady's avchd Star Wars 1080p Saga to HDWMV so I can play them on my 360. But I want to minimise the quality loss. Same goes for Star Wars Revisited. I want to play it on the 360 because I don't have DL discs. But you can make the bitrate as high as you wish isn't it?
Hi,
I want to convert Adywan's Star Wars Revisited DVD9 to WMV with TMPGenc but I don't want to have any quallity loss. So which bitrate shall I use? Also I want to convert Ady's avchd Star Wars 1080p to HDWMV also without any quallity loss. Who can help me with this?
Can't you give us a little clip or something? I'm really looking forward to see the result!
Maybe you can add this to the movie:
Haha, just a little joke after all that serious business. Ady you're doing a great job!
