Sadly, this one falls in my estimation every time I see it. The middle drags so much that it can hardly be enjoyed like the campy awful brilliance of the rest of the film. Ah well, at least the ending always makes me laugh.
Never understood this movie’s cult following. It’s just a bad movie. Not so-bad-it’s-good, not even Coleman Francis-level so-bad-it’s-horrible. Just average bad.

I have zero patience for anti-SJWs. You can have legitimate grievances with Hollywood “progressivism” and express yourself accordingly. But if you start dropping “woke” pejoratively, spouting conservative rhetoric with no nuance, I’m taking the kid gloves off.
I still don’t have a personal canon. But if I did, it would include everything released 1976-1998, starting with the publication of the SW novelization, ending with the Hand of Thrawn duology. No prequels, no Yuuzhan Vong, no Darth Caedus or Krayt, and no Disney. Only Star Wars at its most organic and varied (though no less commercialized or messy).
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was a three hour long borefest, and I cannot for the life of me comprehend how can anyone enjoy it.

Maybe an animated series of the entire Star Wars saga would be more interesting. To see classic events from the original films told from a different point of view, maybe from different characters too. With the goal of a 9 film series being written a lot more coherently.
This. Exactly This. I have always thought a traditional anime style retelling of the entire star wars saga would be fantastic. It would have to be done traditionally though, none of this CGI fake anime style. I would love the style of art to be similar to something along the lines of Neon Genesis Evangelion or Akira.
