Over the holidays I decided to watch my Star Wars DVDs in full starting with Episode I, I put the 2nd DVD in and watch the documentry on making of… and as i watch it i noitced something i had never seen before on a view of the film the opening start and it say Episode I : The Beginning I (55:02 in to the doc)thought I was seeing things then i rolled it back and there it was…

Does anyone know if this cut of the opening ever been seen outside of that documentry…and how hard would it be to re-created it ?

ok here is a maybe dumd question, anyone know how it was orginaly taped and when ? 8mm,16mm, early video cam.....1977,1978,1979?
is it the 70 mm or 35mm can we tell ? is the orginal audio left and not replaced...it be nice to have that even if it is bad...

just wondering thats all

Obi-Wan's talking to Luke in his house is the trailer footge the frist one of Ep 3 good to uses ? were Obi-Wan's talking as i remeber there s ECHO and there no lightsaber sound on it....can dubble check when the DVDs out Nov 1st

Years ago I had a copy of Star Wars now know as Ep 4 but as a kid a friend of the family got me one with just STAR WARS on it…does anyone have this version ??

Also I had a VHS of footage from Star wars fight sceans and it had WW 1 or 2 footage it was black & White as well as alot of the fil with alt from the film…
