you didnt like ID4 either man oh man, i guess it just wasn't your type of movie. i admit the movie was predictable but there was alot that wasnt predictable.


spoilers:
the president dieing, how the storms worked and just in genral the minor things in the story. i admit with wasnt the best movie personally i give it 3 out of 5 or 2.5 out of 4. and for once it diidnt really have a happy ending where through some super nuclear power they were able to reverse to storm and make every thing normal again. the other scary thing is that so mush of the book was based on accepted science theory on the worlds climate, and what is actually happening int he world today, the political scene, the climate scene. io was shocked that they even mentions the geniva conference. overall though the movie had a sub-par story, the effects, acting, background info and the genral reaction of the world were very good and made up for it.

hey i am in the same boat ok. i like the prequels. and luke there is no way with a strait face you can tell met hat the ship in the OT looked better then the ships in the PT cus it is simplally not true. that would mean that we have gone backward in the 1970s and if that iw waht you are saying then... i am speechless and have lost some respect for you today.

personally i am PT lover, but jimbo i am sorry but there are many times when there is truely too much CG, there were some times that it happened in the PT but honestly i dont feel it was enough to complain about. Did you know that minas tirith was a completei would have to say that about 75% of all the shots with MT in it were real. all they added was the sky. Models Can Be Very Good and Very realistic. want an example of too much CG see Van helsing. another The Core(Yes some of the sences were cool but there was alot of unnessary CG. lets think of some more, Star trek 6 very bad CG, the Hulk, thye should have done extensive makeup and made a full body suit aswell as a robot version, would have made the movie alot better. there are others too but i dont see enough movies to give more examples of the top of my head. as for the PT Problems, ill humor some awell, personally i feel the PT was very good. AOTC is at the top of my list in the SW movies and TPM is not last.

true but that is ok, history has a way of exagerating things plus it is a lengend that is told in the form of a story therefore what you see may actually have been. we are told in the movie that troy and greece were at odds, maybe it was a grudge war. they were only looking for an exuse to attack troy they got one then in history they didnt want to look like a bunch of barbarians and so they said lets just say that helen was the most beautiful person imaginable. just speculation, personally i dont care how good looking or not good looking she was. i thought she looked nice and that she was fine, there is not point arguing over such a small thing. cant you guys find something more substantial in the movie to critize.
