here is my take on all of it. when kids are little htey will listen to all of this stuff they will try to do what is cool, and the more parents try to get involvs the more the kids will move away. why because they want to be cool and have lots of friends. the way i see it is that if a kid is playin these sorts of things and listening to the stuff all a parent has to do it make sure they dont do it themselves just guild them properly. that is not to say the parents should be letting there kids listen to all of this stuff. the way i see it is i remeber when i was growing up playin mortal combat and watching the movies when they came out. i remeber me and all my friends would try to get the best fatalities. another fun game we used to play was literally called guns, we get nerf guns and run around the naboirhood playing. but hey when we got older we matured and learned that it is not acceptable to go and punch a guy so hard there head falls off. all of my friends that used to play these games are not at univiserty getting degrees. what i am trying to say is that exposing this stuff to children is not that big a deal if and only if a parent knows how to guild that kid to the point where he matures and learns what is right and what is wrong.

i know that was a rant but take whatever you want from it.
