Just thought I'd let you know that I downloaded BT Thunder and managed to get the Cover Art torrent.......Fabulous collection of Cover Art man.......It tells me that the search I originally did for a week & 1/2 was well worth it. Some of the ones I found in small corners of the net I couldn't find anywhere else and then I got this file..........I done good boss.....lmao!!!!

I also took the liberty of scanning my 2000 VCD set of the SE and TPM so if anyone wants those for inspirational purposes (they come with disc art as well) and I can figure out how to make torrent files for them, I will put them up @ MySpleen and learn how to put the link to them in here.

The OT RULES!!!!

THANKS!

I would love to have a scan of them - I have the TPM VCD set but I sold my Trilogy set a few years ago on eBay!

PLEASE post em'

I have both your disc, and have d/l'd the covers torrent you have provided, and was wondering if the the preview covers that Cerebro had posted on page two of this thread (June 20th, 2004, using the SE art) was included. I like them a lot. I've looked, but I can't find them.

Thanks!

Cool new black 4 disc cover too.

Any chance of posting it here sometime in the near future or is the CD Cover torrents the way to go (the new cover is on there) ?

Do you have a white/inksaver version of the new cover?

THANKS!!

- I'm still broken - I need to go in for a followup JUST to be sure my ankle is not broken sometime this week!)

- I like the cover too

- I'll be doing a Forum Exculsive CD soon with my new covers and all the latest ones that have been released here on the forums PLEASE give me a few weeks as there are some covers I'd like to see appear on the forum first JUST so the disc will be complete - I will no longer be including the covers from the pillerman.com site anymore as they are very well known and most of you already have them. (That and this saves like 200 MB!)

- Just give me some time as I have a few plans going on and i still need to reformat my PC

I have not seen it and until I do, I think it would be fair to point out that they are saying this is the Star Wars Trilogy, but they didn't say original. In fact, one of the first press releases said that Lucasfilm had worked hard to make the DVD's like "watching the films again for the first time." New scenes and stuff being added to the mix helps ensure that, since some of it will be the first time we have seen it.

I only know of the new "Original Trilogy Collection" toy collection..............

I actually have the two soundtracks in this torrent on cassette. Have you heard their release of the ESB soundtrack? I read a review of it so I sought it out. Great stuff.

Look close at MY covers they actually have different spines

I got back to ya a bit ago - I was badly injured last sat. and have not been very active on the forum on the PC at all> (the pain killers are just to much for me)

ANYWAY - I do have another offer on this set that I'm working on - I don't think you'll get the dual layer set as blank discs cost about $40 for the 3 discs shipped to the supplier - I have a few links that I PM'd you in regards to getting an actual pressed DVD silver set from.

STAR WARS: Return of the Jedi

Lightsabers hum and sparkle, the Millennium Falcon flashes through hyperspace in the blink of an eye, and creatures from the ends of the galaxy prepare for battle against the oppressive Imperial Forces in this stunning third chapter of the space saga that has become the most popular trilogy ever filmed.

As the Rebel leaders map their strategy for an all-out attack on the Emperor's new Death Star, Han Solo (Harrison Ford) remains frozen and imprisoned in the cavernous desert fortress of Jabba the Hutt, the most loathsome and feared outlaw in the universe. Jabba's sprawling lair is a refuge for bizarre bandits and bounty hunters from the darkest corners of every world, and it is here that Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) has been chained as a slave girl on display at Jabba's whim.

By now, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) has completed his training with Yoda, the Jedi Master. It is as a full-fledged Jedi Knight that he arrives to rescue his friends. This requires every bit of Luke's new skill, for he must not only defeat the Rancor, a roaring monstrosity that inhabits Jabba's dungeons, but also face the Sarlacc, the enormous worm-like terror that digests its victims for 1,000 years.

Yet the real fight is just beginning, for the Rebels must strike against the lethal Death Star, protected by an impenetrable shield generated from the moon of Endor, home of the furry fierce Ewoks. And before he can become a true Jedi, Luke must wage his crucial battle against Darth Vader, his father, who has sworn to win Luke over to the Dark Side of The Force.

Of course, on hand are Star Wars favorites Chewbacca, Han's towering, loveable sidekick; Yoda, the dispenser of ancient Jedi wisdom who sets Luke on the path to self-realization; Lando Calrissian (Billy Dee Williams), the personable rogue who's joined the Rebels; R2-D2, the determined, diminutive Droid, and his mechanical sidekick, C-3PO.

In addition, there's a vast array of new creations, including the pint-sized Ewoks, who, with their primitive but effective weapons charge into battle against the AT-ST Walkers of the Empire, plus more than 60 aliens of all shapes and sizes, such as Jabba the Hutt, Admiral Ackbar, Nien Nunb and Bib Fortuna. Return of the Jedi is a star-lit voyage into another world of myth and magic that proves - without question - The Force can be with every one of us.

STAR WARS: Return of the Jedi a story from the Journal of the Whills created by GEORGE LUCAS

starring CARRIE FISHER, HARRISON FORD and MARK HAMILL
also with KENNY BAKER, ANTHONY DANIELS, SIR ALEC GUINNESS
PETER MAYHEW, FRANK OZ, DAVID PROWSE
BILLY DEE WILIAMS and the voice talent of JAMES EARL JONES

directed by RICHARD MARQUAND produced by HOWARD KAZANJIAN
with music by JOHN WILLIAMS

I think this is the same 7 disc set that you have - Not dual layer and yes they are LD rips just like yours.

Here's the skinny:
Star Wars Trilogy 7-Disc DVD Set:

- All films on two discs with maximum constant bit-rates of 8-9 MB
- Audio Commentary from the Definitive LD
- Dolby Pro-Logic Soundtrack from the 1995 faces set
- Menus w/ play and commentary options
- Supplemental disc with:
- Definitive LD features (can't find the Ben Burtt and Dennis Muren interviews though)
- From Star Wars to Jedi
- Chapter selection for each film
- ANH: Disc one: 13 Ch. Disc two: 15 Ch. Chapters
- ESB: D1: 19 Ch. D2: 16 Ch.
- ROTJ: D1: 16 Ch. D2: 14 Ch.
-Widescreen

I bet this is the same set ...

I hope to get this in a future trade SO if anyone wants to do a trade - I'll give you 10 DVDr with ANY of my movies for trade for your 7 DVD's

BTW - I have covers for these that I'm still working on - I hope to have them done in about a week!
