Well - I understand the monetary hits and I've takin many myself... BEING that I'm a stay-at-home dad with two children (3 and 6) one of which is one of which is physically and mentally disabled - My girl Maddie has Partial Tetrasomy (22pter-22q11) and she does require specialized medical heath care (both my wife and myself have been trained in respite and home health care) so because of this one of us is required to be home (I do still take contracts when I can for work - like this weekend I just ran 3000 ft of Cat6!! - So, NOW I can afford to go watch STAR WARS III with the whole family) – since my wife is pursuing an education in Genetics (inspired by Maddi ) school takes most of her time. If not for her scholarships, grants and student loans (that and Food Stamps ) we would be in the poor house – I'm barley able to keep my cable service on half the time (yes, I don’t need it but I love uploading and sharing Star Wars) and yes I do and have taken donations for my bandwidth - WHICH like I pointed out previously I use to UPLOAD these movies to other fans…

SO, I do understand your frustrations with internet forums but if you truly don't like the negative side of the internet or internet forums – PLEASE don't perpetuate it by BLINDLY posting negative things on your very own first post.

Anyway, I hope the rest of your posts will lack the crassness of your first post, we all have a good and fun time on this forum and we like it to stay friendly.

I have no ill will or hostility about this situation - SO have a blast and enjoy the forums

For Free & Info: 25 disc Limited Run of my JEDI BEAT MACHINE
Time
After having UPLOADED and seeding over 30 Star Wars DVD's (230+ terabytes so far) having mailed out over 200 DVD's to fans for FREE oh that and all the BURNS for BLANKS that I have done over this last year (myself that is - not counting my two brothers uploads either!!)

IF you'd been a member here for longer than a year you would have noticed that this CD's is posted as a torrent every few months, it was on Napster for 2 years (over 6000 downloads Al !!) most of these tracks are still on the P2P networks. I STILL will play live sets with these remixes (changed up as they are live) - learn about those you post bad things about first.

ALSO - I did buy the CeeDee's and the covers JUST for this release ($50 for the covers and printed discs) and being that I've only sold three sets and gave away 6 of them so far I'm still in the whole on these - BUT I do it for the fun of it man!

- I think that I can ask a few bucks for my ceedeee to help cover my bandwidth fees

but your also making loot off of track and samples you don't even own.

Free Fanboy fodder it is, nothing more and nothing worth paying for... judging by the Free sample.

SURE, let's join a STAR WARS Fan forum then I'll start to insult the members who contribute to the forum just because I don't like their remixes... also let's do this with my first or second post!

BAD FORM TK-420...

My "What If..." Criterion DVD cover...
Time
I LOVE what you did with the ObiWan picture!

- I think that these (once complete) will be the 4th "Criterion" styled DVD cover - I used "The Unauthorized Collection" on my covers

NOT to hijack your thread but here's a sample of my "What if" Dr. Gonzo Covers...

hmmmmmmmmmmm....

Wouldn't it be cool if GL decieded that the OT would be on Criterion discs? (like the Kurosawa Criterion DVD's)

TheCassidy - WELCOME HOME!!!!!!

GREAT efforts on that cover! - If you have braodband you should head over to myspleen.net and grab the covers collection I posted!! PLENTY of great fan works in it!

I also have a template for the DVD keepcase that really fits in the keepcase with out wiggle room - I can email that to you directly if you feel that it would help.

ALSO please keep us posted on your covers progress

Again WELCOME to the forum!

For those that cannot play PAL DVD's....

VIDEO SETTING FOR DROPPING THE FRAMES WITH PAL DVD's

I have noticed a small problem with this model that it would drop frames at different intervals. It only drops with PAL dvd's I know that few people had troubles with it described above. Please listen carefully to me how to fix to get the smooth video transition for the PAL dvds here is the fix that works:

1) Make sure there is no disk in.
2) Hit the Setup key on the remote control.
3) Then go to Video
4) Hit Enter key on the remote control
5) Go to TV system
6) Hit Enter key on the remote control
7) Set the TV system to Auto
