- Yes, The current uploaded version is recorded AS AIRED on television straight from VHS to DVD and it is in the original PAL.

The HIPHATS version is a composite which means that it has taken footage from multiple sources (and of varying qualities) and editing them into a reconstruction of the aired version. SO, it has parts that are fullscreen (from TV) and parts that are widescreen (from DVD - I think) and the video quality does vary on all the edited scenes.

Rev, Cashiers was so awesome to have sent me a copy of the German VHS, it's a very nice and fair transfer and looks just like a VHS (that's been played more then a few times) - I can send you a copy if you'd like.

Okay, I agree that "professional cover art" should have a barcode as it also acts as a UCP barcode for retailers to scan when an individual goes to a store to buy an item, this DVD is not going out to retails so why provide an inaccurate barcode

BUT...

This is a fan created DVD, so why try to fake it or make it look like retail DVD?
You see when that is done it leaves the impression that you're trying to "fool" someone into thinking it's REAL official retail DVD, that is why most custom DVD covers for FAN created DVD’s do not have UCP Barcodes. AND that is what makes it look like a bad Asian bootleg.

It's not the art work that makes a DVD cover look bad, its bad design supervisors and a real lack of interest in the production of the DVD that makes some covers bad. Yes, there are a TON of custom covers that are made to replace either badly designed or lackluster existing covers; and including a barcode on a replacement cover is very acceptable as it is the same DVD that the barcode is associated with.

All these covers look pretty cool (all the covers featured in this thread) and I look forward to more of EVERYONES future works!!!

Have you tried DL-R in both the players?

My Philips DVP642 plays the DL-R way smoother then the +R

To CBB - with the other uploads to other sites I figured why flood myspleen (BUT I have PIF'd copies of some of them & I will still be forwarding them for a possible newsgroup release!!!!!) - The MATRIX deZIONized will still go up

Number20 - I made a SL version with CCE/DVD rebuilder (17 hours or so) and DVDshrink and the resluts were LESS then good. STICK with the Dual Layer version, DL DVD writers can be had for as low as $35-45 with free shipping.

To All - Don't forget if you don't want to wait for the DVD's to be uploaded you can email me for details for trades or ??

THANKS!! Been super busy with a million other projects, BUT I still plan on getting a set over to Segaflip for a POSSIBLE newsgroup upload and I will also add the SL to my upload queue!
