My baby brother took his first steps today. He's only made it to three without support, so it can't exactly be called walking, but it's still pretty good for a less-than-ten-months-old baby. :)
I'm using the spreadsheet. I've written in the coordinates, so they should match up unless the coordinates are done differently than in Kokusai Sannin. My dad may not be ready to play just yet, so we'll have to be patient for a little while. I think I'll take back my move, so he can make the first move when he's ready. It messes up our old order, but at least we're not stuck waiting between moves one and two.

As for ciphers, I'd say that 27 is Y would make sense in a substitution cipher, but only for an alphabet with 27 or more characters.

Indeed, but we shouldn't presume he's guilty when he could be innocent. I think the evidence points the opposite way, but many rapes have been made up in the past. Fourteen victims is a lot, though.

That is correct. Y = 27 does make sense however, especially if y = 2x + 7 and x = 10.

I can sympathize. However, my experience with talking during movies is the opposite. My dad tends to comment on movies a lot--especially bad ones--and usually makes them more enjoyable. It's almost like live MST3K. :)
I can't say I've ever heard of "proper verbs." Is that when there's a verb in the title of something, such as the Empire Strikes Back (the proper verb being "Strikes")?

Winter has finally come to Québec. It began snowing last night and hasn't stopped. There are a few inches of snow on the ground, and I was out shoveling for an hour. It wasn't very cold, however (unfortunately, that means the snow is wet and heavy).
EDIT: We got more than eight inches of snow overnight.
