1) I was going to read every single necroposted thread, thanks to my OCD, but even my OCD can't handle four pages of that crap.

Mine can and did. :P

2) I had to use Google to find this thread thanks to all the necroposted threads.

It's all tidily on the first page for me, as I have 100 threads displaying on every forum page.

Stumbled across these, and they are too hilarious not to share.

 Yep, Sisko is awesome.

Oh and don't forget he designed a ship that Starfleet ended up not wanting because it had too many guns on it and he then flew that ship to single handedly take on an inter fleet.

There is a reason SF Debris calls that ship the USS Ben Sisko's mother fucking pimp hand.

DrCrow, do you mind not doing what I just did. Especially when the images are in the post just before yours.

Your favorite Hollywood excuse for 2005's crappy box office returns

That sums up why my family doesn't go to the theatres. There was one old theatre in town at which tickets cost around $4.50 on Tuesdays, but it closed down recently because not enough people went to it. I would have loved to go more often, but now that I'm old enough and have the money to go across town to it and watch a movie (hopefully with a friend), it's gone.

Don't apologize to the village asshole!

JEDIT: Pardon my language

Well you know I hate it when you don't use proper English. I pardon you this time but next time spell it with "s".

"Z" is cooler than "S".

Color, harbor, glamor, etc. should always be spelt with a "U", though.

Btw in US schools, do you get bad grades if spell in proper English?

I find it amusing that some people think their version of a language is the "proper" one just because it's older. I don't imagine you'd agree that 15th century English is more correct than what we speak now.

The Place to Go for Emotional Support

^There's little chance of the bunny making an appearance if your whole post can fit on my screen at once without me zooming out.

Now, I don't know that my advice is the best, being that I am sorely lacking in experience, but I'm unsure why you intentionally avoid her if you don't think anything will happen as a result of it. However, I will leave proper advice to those who are better able to give it.

Perhaps, but it is clearly fabricated and symbolic, regardless of whether or not it was meant to be taken literally. Which Biblical passages are you thinking about? I can only think of the one where Jesus prohibits divorce, in which his quotation still works just fine if the story isn't literal, and the one in one of the Pauline letters in which the author contrasts Jesus with Adam. That one also still works if the creation story isn't taken literally.

I like many things about RotJ. The ewoks are tolerable, but annoying, and there are some other minor problems with it, but over all I think it's a pretty good movie. I've always loved the space battle, particularly the beginning with the approaching TIEs and the dive into the Death Star; Ian McDiarmid's acting (I hope I spelled his name correctly); Jabba and his palace; and a lot of little things, like Luke's reveal. I'm sure I'm forgetting other things, since I haven't seen it in some time, but those are the main ones.
