Wow, you just made my job a lot easier.

I almost feel like letting you take that back, but if you play it right, you should be able to at least trap my rook, if not take it. I'll give you some credit, though, and assume that I'm missing something even though I can't say what....
Oops! I had been moving your silver general the whole time, and didn't realize it was the wrong piece. I probably wouldn't have made the last two or three moves had I notice that, but I'll only take back the last one, since I didn't really lose anything making the other ones.

There should be a way to turn off whatever setting reboots your computer automatically. I've never experienced that with Windows 7 (if that's what you have), or Windows 10.

Take a look at the first one. :D

Weird. I thought the same thing had happened to me for a moment, then I realized I had anticipated the next few moves.

Twister never struck me as that type. Interesting.
Have you not considered that you are equally certain that most of us are wrong about our religions, as you have made quite clear on several occasions? I bet you're also pretty sure that creationism is not how the world came about, and that matter is made up of atoms. Yet in neither case have you had an opportunity to experience those realities first-hand, and you must rely on the research, experience, and conclusions of others to form a decision on them.
EDIT: Apologies for engaging you in debate, but you started it. :P
The thought crossed my mind. And BTW, it's a she.
I love white chocolate, but certainly not as an alternative to milk chocolate.
Well, I know what that's like. I started saving after every move because my computer was crashing daily at one point.

Why are you leaving?
A few reasons, primarily because I want to read more Torah/Bible and think about ways to serve Jesus. I'm just getting more serious about improving my life in general and for right now spending time on this forum has to be put away. I may return someday I don't know at the moment.
But I thought you were Jewish?
But good for you. Hopefully we'll see you around in the not too distant future.

looking forward to it.
I'm afraid I can't type up a good answer to you myself, since I've got a 2500 word essay to write, but I'll link you to some relevant Wikipedia articles. The smoke and metal thing you were talking about is incense, which is used occasionally (or often--depending on the culture and region) in Catholic worship.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_use_of_incense#Christianity
The book you were talking about is probably the Lectionary, containing all Sunday readings.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lectionary
If it was on the altar rather than being carried in the procession and placed on the ambo (the pulpit), then it was the Roman Missal, containing all the prayers said in the Mass throughout the year, though those are usually red:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Missal
Feel free to ask further questions that aren't answered by the articles, but don't expect a quick answer.
Twister, I'll get back to you...eventually.

RicOlie_2, Yesterday, I watched on tv the Catholic Mass performed by the Pope on the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. I have a very questions. What is the very ornate looking book they were using? It is a Bible? It was Gold gilded and decorated on the covers with gold. What is that metal thing they were carrying around that had smoke coming out of it. They were shaking it around. What is the significance of it?
Ha! It's funny to hear it described that way, since it's such a normal thing for a Catholic that we never think twice about it and often we don't think about how odd it might seem to non-Catholics. I'll explain once I'm done my homework.

Well, my laptop is pretty much dead, but I found myself a new computer.
Give me a little time to install some Shogi software, and I'll be able to make my move (hopefully tonight).
Alas, my laptop is on its last legs, so I may not be able to make a move for a couple days. I'll make an effort to keep the game going, however, but the gaps between turns might be a little long until I replace my computer (hopefully within a week).
