Nimmar (Four-player Chess) *NOW NO LONGER JUST FOR FRINK OLIE! IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN PLAYING, PLEASE EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST AS FOUR PLAYERS ARE NEEDED TO PLAY!*

The pieces represent different powers and systems of government. The president represents corporate power, the admiral represents the military, the duke represents monarchy, the temple represents religion, and the senator represents government.

For what it's worth, you've spelled it wrong.

Whoops, it's fixed.

It looks interesting.  I'd love to play some time.  Just have to figure out how to get ahold of it :)

Well good luck with that, all five hundred copies were sold in Calgary, Alberta. Maybe someone could create a Zillions file for the game...?

Okay, I think the game progressed somewhat the same for a couple moves.  I have placed the correct Dragon King on 7i.  I imagine the next couple moves would have unfolded the same way, with my Dragon King on 7d, your pawn on 1g.  After that is where I would make a different move.  My reason for attacking that flank was to go for what I thought was a weaker area, but I was nervous to leave your lion unattended by my own, as I don't really understand his potential just yet, and didn't want you to decimate my forces in that flank.  Now that I know that side is guarded by that Dragon King, I'm really not inclined to go that way anymore.  If you're okay picking up here, then my move would be P-5e.  If not, let me know and we can backtrack to a different point and play from there.

I'll play the same move I played originally. B-4j.

Your previous version of the post was more clever.  In any case, you little smart alec, are you sure you're only 14?  ;)

Was it? I'll change it back then so I don't look as bad. ;) Yes, I'm a naughty little fourteen year-old, but fourteen I am. :D

In all seriousness, I forgot which piece I had captured and said the wrong one without looking at the board.  Then when I did look, I realized my error, and pulled a Ric Olie. ;)  Anyway, still hanging with the kids, so we'll fix it in a bit.

Gotcha. But leave the Ric Olies for me!

Oh, I see what I did.  I moved the wrong DK to 5i.  You didn't specify which, and I assumed the wrong one I guess.  We'll maybe need to go back a few moves.  I obviously didn't kill your other one.  I'm just not paying attention.  Anyway, we'll fix it later.

Any future reader of the thread is going to think you have some brilliant powers of deduction. ;)
