I'm guessing because of this
LOL
So I was just watching iCarly with my little sister, and there was a pretty obvious homage to The Wire in this episode. I don't know how many fans of The Wire are here (although there should be it's amazing), but check it out!
Spoiler alert, it's a clip from near the end of the series

So, I watchted the Show from the first episode to "Devil in a blue dress". It's not bad, but it is not really good either. It tries to be something, what it is definitely not: a second "Battlestar Galactica". For example, Marco Beltrami copies the music of Bear McCreary in a way, that can only be described as shameless. Morena Baccarin looks, as always with short hair, as if her neck is eight inches too long. That look gives me the creeps.
I thought the same thing when I started watching the show last year when it first came out, it was trying a little to hard to be BSG, which it could never do. It was just so heavy-handed, and almost every character annoyed me. The decision making of these people is just ludicrous! Admittedly I gave up after a handful of episodes.
As for Morena though, even though that haircut is awful, she's always gorgeous

Hey I've been there before man, no worries.
Good luck with everything, things'll turn around, and when they do I'll be excited to see this edit finally =)
Hmmm, I know someone with a fairly new upscale printer, I'd imagine it has the capability. Do they usually come with built-in software for CD/DVD labeling?
How about these:
Verbatim DataLifePlus 2.4x Printable DVD+R DL
Taiyo Yuden 16x Printable DVD-R

I'm in the 1920's.
Fixed.
I have a ton of fan edits all of a sudden, and I'd like to put them all in shiny, pretty cases with dvd labels and all, but before I go and get the Memorex Label Maker Starter Kit for $6 on amazon, I figured I'd ask if this was a good idea. According to the reviews some people find the software terrible.
How do you all label your dvds? Is there any freeware out there for this?
What is the best option?
She's just so beautiful you have no words left
mine is her......
The glorious Lexi Belle
Off the top of my head, some of my all-time favorite movies that I could watch again and again and again
I try not to include more recent movies but I feel like Black Swan will make the list one day.
I was only being facetious, I'll give it a shot one of these days
When the Levee Breaks - Led Zeppelin
dark jedi and daves... who are they? I must know
Man, I can't get over how much better the scene in ESB with the Wampa is than the SE versions. Not seeing him, only hearing his yells, and then the brief close-up shot of his fur as he starts to walk in just before SABER'D! So much more intense this way, I'm so glad I have these.
Thanks again D_J
In the words of annie: YIPPEE!
I've had a couple colonoscopies, so I guess someone's jumped behind mine, in a manner of speaking.
Hey dark jedi, how do you feel about your thread on possibly the greatest theatrical cut of Star Wars ever being turned into an ass-related discussion/joke?

Reloaded was badass, but Revolutions really ruined it for me. I've been wanting to check out The Matrix DeZIONized fanedit, just haven't gotten around to it yet. My queue is stuffed.
I noticed it seemed to get pushed to page two on purpose..
Once I read the original post date, this was biggest laugh I had all day.
Fink you're at work posting all this!? What do you do...er, what are you supposed to be doing?
^ you added words, however, it could be
