Does anyone have CRC’s (or MD5) for these? I think at least one of my copies has gone bad, and without redownloading, which looks like it’s going to take a while, I have no way to check the files.

Hasn’t been given up on sure, but it’s not actively being worked on. I’m just some day I’m gonna dust it off and get back to work, and the first step in that will be recreating what I had. I’m only able to do this because I uploaded literally every rescored scene to my YouTube account, and as I said, the color grade should still be there.
I wouldn’t expect much in terms of plot changes, besides the serious condensing of DH to fit into one reasonably short film, but it’s true I’m not beholding myself to the books or any other canon, so oddities like Hufflepuff Luna are present that are sure to annoy the diehards.
Since the initial upload, I have been provided one or two additional scenes for the Columbus films that will be fun to add, even if it does mean including films that don’t need a new color grade.

So glad to see the Dudley redemption is finished. Been looking forward to that one. Thanks again for all the hard work, JJ! Your work has made our Christmas break tradition of watching the entire series so much better.

I’m sorry to say this but it appears Mega.nz wiped my account due to inactivity. 3-5 took up all the space on my main account so I had to make a secondary account with a different email. Thus, I did not receive any of the warnings, as they were going to an alt email.
I don’t have the rendered edits on my computer. I still have the editing files, but I had to delete the movies themselves for harddrive space, so it’d be a hassle to re-render, and I’d rather not do that until I’m ready for a rewatch and re-edit.
Bottom line is, for the time being, these edits will be unavailable. I’m really sorry about that, but I’m glad you brought this to my attention.
If any one has my edits of years 6-7 please let me know so I can reupload them.

Hey. Wow, it’s been a hot minute, hasn’t it? Add this to the list of projects I started but never finished. Well, do know this idea has never left my mind. I’ve been experimenting on and off with how to make certain ideas a reality. The main difficulty has been the wand replacement idea. I thought I could accomplish this in a much simpler fashion than turned out to be feasible. However, I’ve been learning a lot with 3D modeling and really honing my visual effects skills, and I think I’ve figured out a way to accomplish it.
While this project is far from completely dead, it’s really evolved from my original idea, and I think it’s best to approach it on a film by film basis, rather than trying to tackle all of them simultaneously. As such, this thread will be pushed to the side and, at some point, I will create new threads to follow the progress of my HP project and the new direction they’ve gone.
