Why should apple give up their architechture? The real bottleneck on x86 systems are the chipsets, not the actual P4 (which is a RISC/CISC hybrid). The G5 is supposed to be way superior. But IBM can't deliver. There are heat problems and they can't go over 3ghz. So it's a good choice, since IBM has now more "important" customers as sony (ps3), microsoft (xbox 360) and nintendo (revolution).
The real fun will be 2005, when there is MacOSX 10.5 vs. Windows Longhorn.
WHAT A COOL FAN FILM THIS WAS. THE SPECIAL EFFECTS WERE 9 OUT OF TEN, BUT SOME/MOST OF THE ACTING WASN’T THAT GREAT WHICH MAKES IT FIT IN QUITE WELL WITH THE PT.

GL is going to "Milk it, till the Cows come Home, or Drys up." I would guess. I think I will just get ROTS Stand Alone.
They Report Street Date is 11/01/05. (Do not know if this is The Official Date , but IMO it sounds about right.)

While the lawyer, the guy who worked in the video store in "Clerks," grilled Lucas about parts of the movie the judge broke in with a, "Well, the pod race scene was kind of cool."
Bleh, I guess you'd have to see it.
It was GREAT!And as far as I know, Kevin Smith did NOT write the series- just produce.
"Who is driving car?"
"Oh my God! BEAR is driving car!!!"

I used to be a big fan. His films haven't stood the test of time for me though. I get bored while watching them and don't bother finishing. I watched Clerks two years ago with an ex-girlfriend. Nowhere near as funny as I remembered it being when I was in college. I left the DVD at her place after we broke up and didn't think to get it back.
The best films grow with you and keep their charm. Smith's films are mostly immature bullshit.
Maybe he's sympathetic toward Lucas because, like Lucas, he's now getting trashed left and right for being a has-been. The best thing he's done recently is play the balding medical examiner in Daredevil.

Psycho,
you sound like you might have sources in television as well. I was wondering if you could tell me whether or not you've ever heard of sending a DVD of a show to a T.V. station to be aired?

Doubtful. Nintendo has long maintained the idea that they make gaming systems, not multimedia systems. They'll probably go with another proprietary format, just as they did with the GameCube.
