Tombstone.
It was entertaining. Dragged on a bit too long IMO. Some funny/cool/memorable moments though.

Hayden Skywalker/Vader. Destroyed a cinema icon of a villian that stood for more than thirty years and raped the childhoods of millions.
The New Kirk ruined star trek and captain kirk, whats his name pine or something.
Daniel Craig, ruined james bond.
Believe it or not Harrison Ford did more to ruin Indiana Jones than Shia.
Hugh jackman was horrible in wolverine origins, another part of my childhood ruined.
Man, you really hate every Hollywood film made in the last 20 years, don't you :/

This news makes me very sad......
Cliegg's lines should go. The focus here needs to stay on Anakin. The Phantom editor explains it well in his commentary.
Empire
Star Wars
Sith/Jedi tie
Menace
Clones

But then I realized that Star Wars is a combination of science fiction and fantasy, with your wizards flying in starships and whatnot. So, the magic of the Force having scientific roots is very fitting, and it explains why everybody in the Star Warsuniverse doesn't use the Force, because they can't.
This, for me, is part of the reason why I dislike the midichlorians. Part of the magic for a lot of people (especially kids) when the originals came out was that anybody could tap into this mystical field and become a superhero - even a humble farmboy. Then Lucas said, "Uh, well no. Uhh... you have to have superior genes. Sorry!" and basically just ruined that mysticism. It's like putting a price tag on the force. It's supposed to transcend that sort of thing.
I thought "there is another" kind of implied that already...

The chicks will go to see Shia LeDouche, but no Megan Fox won't bring in the guys.
Sad that story isn't part of the equation. Sign of the times, I suppose.
And for the record, Sky, that's not a slam on Bay. It's a slam on the state of cinema these days. CGI, pretty colors, shaky-cam, slow-mo action come first - acting, depth, & story come second - if at all.
The short-attention-span generation won't sit still for actual emotion. The scene stops moving or people start having conversations longer than quotable sound bites - and they have to occupy themselves by texting someone.
I have to disagree. There are plenty of great films with substance coming out every year. I don't think Bayformers is representative of modern film as a whole at all...

You are dead to me...
Yeah! Seriously! Paper Mario is pure bullshit in comparison. Super Mario RPG is one of the most amazing things to come at the end of the 16 bit era. Such a great idea, and so well done. That game never got near as much credit as it deserved, thanks to it being released when its console was on its very last breath.
Did you just call Paper Mario PURE BULLSHIT. NNNNEEERRRRRDDDDRRRRAAAGGGEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111oneone
....okay, I've calmed. But seriously, a Rough prototype is nicer than pure bullshit...
Just got a PM saying I'm a shining example :D

Actually, I prefer Star Wars for its superior script, acting, editing, and more realistic places. Obiwan and Yoda are equally awesome.
Well, of course they are, since they're the same character. ^_~
No, they're not.
I see Yoda more as that teacher who always tries to mess with you and you hate him at the time but he becomes one of your favorite teachers in hindsight. He's more agitating, more relentless, more eccentric and puzzling.
Obi-wan is a cool old gentleman. He oozes reminiscence of nostalgic glory. He's a tome into the past and he's holding something back from you. He's from a more civilized age.

18 May 10, 10:16 PMADMIN: Ohh ok... Maybe you could be a dark Jedi? Although if I make a character who's "interested" in you, then they'd have to be evil! But it's your choice I guess
18 May 10, 09:37 PMErica: That's why I'm a Rogue Jedi...I have a heart of gold...but I'm naughty, too.
By the way, what the hell is a dark jedi? Wouldn't that be a Sith?
Don't answer that - I don't want to know!

I'd always watch the GOUT over the SE, but it looked less than stellar on a 52" HDTV. The shots of the snowspeeders looking for Han and Luke especially looked like crap. So much video noise. And the smearing! Blegh.
seconded. and I love Flapjack

EDIT: Damnit, xhonzi! I was typing, kay?!
Don't get me wrong, I love the Paper Mario series as well.
Let me break it down for you, mkay? In certain ways, it's hard to compare the two, as all of the Mario RPG series takes things in different directions. As far as the action command aspects, yeah, the Paper Mario series takes that aspect from the original RPG and runs with in ways the original never dreamed. Each character has a specific function on and off the battlefield.
In terms of being an RPG, though, the Paper Mario series is definitely the most simplistic and stripped down of the bunch, though. The original game definitely has the edge in terms of story and characters, though, where your party members actually feel like characters and not just tools to use in specific situations.
The first game definitely has my favorite depiction of the Mario universe ever. I remember even attempting a novelization of the game when I was about to finish middle school. Sadly, I never finished it. Maybe someday...
Yeah, The Mario and Luigi series always went too far with the action commands for me, to the point where you needed some really good reflexes to get anywhere. I always felt Paper Mario 2 had the best characterizations and world. That game was absolutely hilarious. Paper Mario was my second RPG, after Pokemon Blue, so I hold it in pretty high regard.

Ok... Way to much trouble... Generally it means part of your brain is un-developed... Look let's not make this an argument dude... You weren't idiotic in the beginning because you're an asshole... Just because you didn't have any prior experience with RP-ing... And you listened to what I had to say and learned...
Ric Olie @ NNRRPB! said:
Whoa! So you're saying that because I see the advantages of an attractive army, that makes my brain "un-developed?" And I'm an asshole? Where do you get off?
Look, do you have any other experience with forums? Are all the admins on your forums this offensive? Admins are supposed to be helpful to newbies and firm with trolls, not offensive to newbies who are trying to learn the ropes and fall in line. I'm sorry, but you should not use the term "retarded" to describe an idea you just don't agree with.
I apologize for ranting, but you've got me really worked up on this matter. It's a sensitive issue for a lot of people, and frankly, you should just apologize and not use "retarded" the way you did again. One day you'll realize that I'm right.
Oh, and you have a typo in your post.I'm actually starting to get a little irritated for reals with this guy.
lol he said you're NOT an asshole. Don't let this blow-up, I want to keep it going
Happy Birthday Ady!
You guys are insane. I'm laughing my ass off. I haven't figured out if that's good or bad yet but I'll get back to you...

Just callin' it as I sees it. I didn't get very far anyway, had to go back to school and I keep my Wii at home. but I LOVE Paper Mario, it's one of my favorite games of all time, so that's kind of a compliment.
Really O_o. Wow, that's bad.....
Also, I guess I overreacted a bit. Again, I'm not an Avatar fan, but I think the writing is what it is very intentionally. It DOES bash you over the head with it and I think James Cameron was doing that intentionally. Whereas movies like the Star Wars Prequels and Transformers were just poorly written messes that I don't think successfully did what they were trying to do.
Your edit is fine, I guess it's just not my cup of tea
I don't see how anyone could miss the fact that the whole thing is an obvious Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer reference. Hermey the elf? I feel sorry for people who don't get that.....even if you don't celebrate Christmas that movie is mandatory viewing.

man no one here has talked about Super Mario RPG. Possibly the best RPG ever made.
Starting playing it on the Virtual Console a while ago but put it down. Will probably get back into it at some point. So far it felt kind of like a rough prototype for Paper Mario.
I actually bought the membership so I could do all three...I'm such a geek
I think my humor was a bit too subtle. Solo though I did a brilliant job ;)
I thought the names would at least piss him off a bit, I mean Ek'Nog, Sande'Klas? Ah well, I don't want to torture the guy so I guess I'll just have some fun RPing semi-seriously
I think he's more peeved by grammatical/formatting issues than the actual content of the story. I made sure that everything I did was correct and meshed with the EU but made the story really silly and an obvious reference.
How to Train Your Dragon. Awesome, awesome movie. Everything about it was great. visuals, score, characters, humor, story, everything. great for kids too. GO SEE IT! It's actually really good in 3D too, I'd actually recommend it for this one.
9/10
Iron Man 2. Twas' good fun, a very funny and action packed movie on par with the first one I think. Saw it at a midnight screening with some friends
7/10
The Hangover. Some pretty hilarious stuff but honestly I think it's just a bit overrated, was expecting more constant lols. Maybe it's because I watched it with my parents on HBO which is always awkward with these types of movies...
