Info: The official 'Star Wars: Droids' release thread - anyone?
Time
I have the Sesame Street stuff on VHS. The only deleted scenes stuff that I know about is that they have the raw footage, with the director, cast, and crew wandering the set right before "action" . I wouldn't mind sending it to you to include, but it is a multi-generational copy and I'm sure someone has to have a better quality copy than I do. You might want to check with Rikter or something. If not let me know. But some of it is pretty funny, like the scene were R2 falls in love with the fire hydrant and R2's secret message for Oscar. As for the anti-smoking ad, I have no idea where to find it. I just vaugely remember seeing it as a kid when it aired.

Of the six Star Wars movie which is your LEAST favorite?
Time
Looking back on it, I didn't think TPM was actually that bad. Sure, JarJar was horrendious, but the story wasn't that bad besides, IMHO. My least favorite was AOTC. The 'mystery of the clones' was dull, and the Anakin/Padme romance was silly. The only redeeming quality of AOTC was the presence of Christopher Lee as Count Dooku. The caracter was great, and Christoper Lee always makes for a great villian.

October Batman Release
Time
Serials are great. Yes, many of them are campy by todays standards, but are still solid. The 1943 Batman serial is much better than the "sequel" in 1949. That one is just plain dull. Hopefully this means that some other Columbia serials will come out on DVD, like The Shadow, Superman, and Atom man Vs. Superman. Of course Republic made some of the best serials, but that is another story.

***The Official FAN CREATED DVD Reviews and Feedback Thread***
Time
Started out as a response, then I decided to do a full review

TRANSFER TITLE: Cowclops V.2

REVIEW: I also thought that Cowclops V.2 looked great on my tv, once again a non-HDTV. I also have the Editdroid set, and maybe an HDTV would make a difference, but I personally thought that cowclops was superior. Sure, it helps if you adjust contrast and brightness, but I didn't mind, I guess. I liked the Editdroid extra features, such as isolated sound, but superior sound and audio puts the Cowclops on top in my opinion.

VIDEO RATING: **** (Great job, but not quite a "5")

AUDIO RATING: ***** (PCM audio with Dolby Pro-Logic sounded exellent)

VIEWING EQUIPMENT: 32" Toshiba with component video to Yamaha DVD, optical audio to Yamaha HTR-5740 A/V reciever, 6.1 channel surround.

Flash Gordon Rumor - now a 'general discussion' thread for Flash Gordon
Time
A more serious, non-campy version of Flash Gordon might be good. If done right. The basis of the story, and the 1940's serial, I think is solid, but the 1980 remake was just a silly camp-fest. But then it just wouldn't really be Flash Gordon then. Of course, I like the 1980 movie, but I don't think it could be remade as is and be any sort of success.

Funny, but true...
I heard a quote from Mark Hamil on a SW Documentary where he mentioned that there was apparently only one hot girl in the entire universe and she turns out to be my sister.

I don't think there were ever any covers made for my bonus discs. People, including myself, have been storing them in 2-disc cases along with their respective movies from either the EditDroid or TR47/Cowclops trilogies and then just modifying whatever covers they are using to reflect that.

Thanks for the ihelp. I'll pull out PSP and do the same. Thanks for the great set RowMan, by the way!
