The Master (2012) - one of my all time favorites. Not quite on the level of There Will Be Blood (which I consider to be perfect), but still incredible, and unquestionably on the shortlist for Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s best performance.
Agreed 100%. It’s not as brilliant as There Will Be Blood but it’s a beautiful, powerful film. And I think it’s Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s greatest performance no doubt.
One that hasn’t been brought up yet is Mulholland Dr. For home release David Lynch blurred Laura Harring’s bush in her full frontal scene. I didn’t see it in the theater so I’m not completely sure it was unblurred originally or it was always censored.

HBO sucks. Every one of their shows is required to show degrading female nudity and/or rape several times an episode. I’m so glad I never got into Game of Thrones. This is what happens when a network goes overboard with lack of censorship.
This is an easily disapproval bullshit generality. “Silicon Valley” has zero nudity and rape. I haven’t seen “The Leftovers” or “Veep” but according to IMDb parental guide, “Leftovers” has a couple sex scenes with nudity but no rape, and “Veep” has zero sex and rape (from what I’ve read).
