Anyone have a rough idea when this will be out in USA Eastern time?

I really hope Disney doesn't pay much attention to what we're doing...
Agreed. On the same token, I hope they DO pay attention to a proper restoration.
Oops, never mind.

Did someone request an ostracization?
I can do that.
Indeed. Frink has no problems in that department.
Anyway....
Harmy, are you saying that we won't even be getting that cool animated menu you showed a sample of? I was looking forward to that. Whatever you decide, I'll help share 2.5 regardless.
The only help I could offer would be bandwidth in getting this out. The computer I am borrowing can't even play anything higher than 720p and still has problems. It's last OS was WinXP! So, again, I can share the cable connection and not much of anything else. I would really love to get my hands on a complete set of extras for this fiasco!

Can someone recreate the deleted Jabba Scene? from "a new hope" with? the actor Declan Mulholland in HD? The available version of a reconstruction is bad because you can see the stencils and the quality differences of the sources, also a color correction is missing.
And I also want to see the final version from 1997 in HD, with and without original cinema subtitles. If someone needs some source, I have a DVD Transfer from a 1997 German Laserdisc, with original German cinema subtitles.
And color correction & picture cleaning of the official Blu Ray deleted scenes would also be nice.
Anything else? Your face on the $1 bill, perhaps?
Vader: "I want 2.5, not excuses."
Yoda: "Patience!"
Excellent!
Is anyone here able to put a completed MKV with the 1984 audio on MySpleen? Or perhaps a custom BD? My computer died and this one that I am borrowing is a true piece of shit that cannot handle any audio/video capturing, muxing, etc.
Please let me know. Thanks!
I'm glad I stumbled in here! I cancelled my preorder at Amazon because of the word spreading about the bonus features fiasco, and I was hoping that someone, somewhere, was going to at least try to compile all of the materials.
Best of luck to everyone involved! I wish I could help, but I have no knowledge and am borrowing a computer that couldn't handle it anyway!
I'd love to have this! I only had dialup at the time, so my copy is the size of a postage stamp!
Have a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY Harmy.
All of my standalone equipment is Dolby. Matter of fact, until somewhat recently, I have noticed that it was difficult to locate any equipment that supports DTS. My Sony BD player supports DTS, but I'm not sure how that will translate to my Dolby Digital receiver. I'm not so sure that sticking with ONLY DTS is a good idea.
Ah hell, what do I know.

Urm..cafe press eah? I will look into if they do full shirt graphic prints, as all of the ones i know of just cater for for the more simple 'lads going on holiday' text prints only.
There could be the legal obstical though (i took some hi-rez custom DVD covers to printing firm once, and they refused to do it for me for that reason).
Nope. You'll find no legal police there. I have made several Star Wars related shirts over the years with no issues. Also, The Imperial Gunnery forum has a Webstore now with all kinds of high quality logos on t-shirts, and they are by no means "official." I know one thing. I like this idea and whether or not someone designs one we all agree on, I WILL have a shirt displaying Harmy Film. It just has to be done.
Regarding t-shirts, it is easy to go to sites like cafe press and have any shirt in the world made for yourself or some friends for a reasonable price. You just upload your graphics, pick a shirt, quantity, and presto.
My MPC cannot render the file. I'll try again after the timer expires.
That's great news, Harmy!
Or better yet, the forced 3D nonsense in theaters next year. But then again, that would be contributing money to the wrong cause.
Fantastic yet again, Harmy! This project is aging like a fine wine! I can't wait to pop 2.1 into the BD player and hit the surround!

I'm sorry guys. It seems v2.1 is bound for a 2013 release.
No apology is required, my friend. When it's ready, it's ready. I am willing to again offer my bandwidth for the onslaught!
Wait, I thought the blog was disabled because -1 decided it had gone as far as it could? Now I check the URL and voila, new content!
Umm....
I'm guessing this idea has gone down the shitter?
The clip of the duel looks fantastic, Harmy. Thanks for the update.
I can't wait to pop this BD in and crank up the surround! Thanks again, Harmy!
That's it. You're fired. :)
