Would you believe I just updated my .sig in regards to this scene?

the logical reason arguing for this would be that the last time anakin had a regular body he was in his twenties.

Pre-Dooku duel. Otherwise he's still missing an arm. But maybe as a spirit he doesn't care.

For some reason I keep hearing the Jake Lloyd-Anakin pleading with the Force, "You HAVE to let me become One with you! It wasn't me who did all those evil things. It was the one-armed man!" - post on Starwars.com

Oh, and by all means, keep the pic up. Look at all the blue push in the official DVD! Sad, sad, sad.....

Call me silly, but rather than have "Classic Edition" in a smaller font, I'd like to see the distinction more prominently displayed, or at least at the same size type font. Something like A New Hope: OOT or something like that.

It needn't even be a "Right thing at the right time" scenario. This Prophecy could simply be a vision of the future. Someone simply foresaw this act, and in ROTJ, the act finally takes place.

He must really like that quote. Perhaps he should print it out, enlarge it at Kinkos, laminate it, and hang it on the wall by his bed. That way, every time he wakes up, he can read it one more time, and know that all is right with the world.

Good point. I might also add the the television ads for AOTC labelled Anakin as the Chosen One as well. I'd have to reread the novel, as I don't recall anything from it about Anakin knowing or not. Could you find the page number?
