Did a new version of Starlight just came out? I wasn’t aware.

This is just something that came to mind. Seeing how AI generated software such as deepfakes, lipsync and voice cloning is improving, is it possible at some point in the future to change Captain Panaka’s line, “Bail Antilles of Alderaan” to “Bail Organa of Alderaan?”

I won’t deny that the Bully Maguire memes that have come out of this trilogy, especially the third film, are hilarious, but I’m just trying to keep the tone much more consistent with the first two films.

Thanks, Rob. Depending on what my mood is like, there is a decent chance I may start on Deathly Hallows this upcoming week or weekend.

Too bad it doesn’t seem anyone here has used Respeecher. It’s the AI voice software that recreates your voice recordings through the voice clone, using data clips. It was used to make Mark Hamill sound 30-40 years younger in the Disney+ shows.

So how soon could the next update to these be released?

I think the third line could still use a bit more work, but other than that, pretty good. I was quite impressed with the second line.

To be fair, the Chapter 30 I put together isn’t too bad, but the audio quality is noticeably lower than than it usually is. I could put together a new Chapter 30.

Dark secrets have been revealed. The one revealed today is that Half-Blood Prince has been completed and released!

I should mention that the audio on Stephen Fry’s voice in the final chapter is not quite as crisp and clear, and I unfortunately could not find another source of clear audio for Chapter 30.

I’ll admit, it feels weird now that I have one more audiobook left to do for Harry Potter. I want to put a ton of effort into making the last one very special, as that is going to be an epic experience when I get around to working on it in the next few weeks.

But it’s not Wingreen in ROTJ, it’s some random dude doing a goofy scream.

Does anybody know who’s voice that is, because it certainly isn’t Jeremy Bulloch. Most likely just a random crew member of ILM or Lucasfilm.

I’m surprised a lot of people now want Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett now. I know he’s doing a good job in the Disney+ shows and all that, but I still felt like the majority would still want Jason Wingreen.

I guess it’s like how a lot of fans who grew up watching the Prequels as kids want Hayden at the end of Return of the Jedi instead of Sebastian Shaw.

I suppose we wouldn’t have minded having Temuera Morrison replace Jason Wingreen had his line delivery was better. The voice direction sounded pretty lazy to me. Probably why George also wanted Ian McDiarmid to shoot the scene for The Empire Strikes Back during principal photography of Revenge of the Sith, even though the makeup is different compared to Return of the Jedi.
