At the end of Volume 1, before you add the birthscene from ROTS, you could add the scene from ESB as Ben say " This boy was our last hope." And Yoda say “No there is another one.” And then we see the birthscene. That fit great i think.

Yeah, I’m thinking about that aswell. I’ll need to see how it’ll fit with Kill Bill music. For example, in Ben/Vader duel I’ll use the music from the Bride/O’Ren duel.
The music is really a challenge. To the bride vs. O’Ren music I thought too. Unfortunately there is no equivalent to the Crazy 88 fight.
A few thoughts from me: Battle of Yavin - instead of the fanfare, you can use the pulp fiction theme music.
As an equivalent to the Star Trek quote … maybe … “Fear is to angry. Angry is to hate …” or something else.
Equivalent to the scene O’Ren beheads the Yakuza Boss - Vader strangles the Imperial Guy with the Force.

Yes, during introduction of Leia I’ll show scenes from ANH. I don’t know if I’ll use prequel scenes for Obi Wan. Hattori Hanzo in Kill Bill (Obi Wan’s counterpart) didn’t have any flashback-y introduction.
But I’ll use prequel and Clone Wars scenes to tell the story of Darth Vader.
Youre welcome. You are right. Hattori Hanzo is a more serious Character like Obi Wan. The Comic Style for Vaders Backstory is a great idea. The Tantive lV massacre Scene from Rogue One would be a epic Introducing for Vader - with the Pulp Fiction Style text - i think. Maybe you should use Adywans and/or SC 38 Reimagined for Vader vs Obi Wan - more intense like Tarantino action.

I’m thinking about replacing the first chapter with the Battle of Hoth. It establishes the real enemy, while Jabba feels like a digression.
The final chapter in Volume 1 will feature Ben and Vader duel, and probably the Battle of Yavin.
The chapters and the structure looks very good for me. I like the Jabba Scene but the battle of Hoth is maybe a better idea. You can show introduce the empire with a Pulp Fiction like text and Vader then he enter the rebell base. Then you introduce Leia, you will use footage from ANH as flashbacks? Thats cool. In the Obi Wan chapter should you use footage from the Prequels i think. Funny/cool scenes with Obi Wan would be awsesome.

The soundtrack doesn’t have an appropriately low-key rendition that fit nicely into the scene. At least not that I remember. It was a while ago.
I’m pretty sure the song is being played in the credits
Yeah, I couldn’t find anything that seemed better. It transitions during the point at which the music came to an abrupt halt anyway, to coincide with the kiss being cut off suddenly.
Maybe you can take the song from the soundtrack and insert it.
I watched V6 and I love the edit. Fantastic work. The kissing scene at the lake is unfortunately not optimal. Just as the music gets really emotional, the scene ends. No idea if this is going to fix. What scene I’ve never liked - Anakin is reluctant to fly to Geonosis because Windu gives him the command. It seems like Anakin did not want to save his master. Terrible scene. Apart from that, the edit is awesome. Fantastic work Hal.
I’ve noticed that odd cut as well. It’s obviously done that way to remove Padme saying, “I shouldn’t have done that”, but at the same time different music might help quite a bit.
The cut and scene transition is perfect, but the scene is too short for the music. No idea if you can place the music differently or choose other music. The music fits perfectly. Too bad.
