as someone who has never read the books i was totally confused at that point and that is one reason i didnt like the ending...
a simple explantion would have been fine i think...

good to see max payne 2 up there... i loved that game to death...

dont get me wrong guys...
if anyone here is the biggest simpsons fan in the world its me... TRUST ME!

but ive noticed them using jokes in new episodes that they've used in previous ones... and i just cant laugh at them cuz i always think back to the first time they tried that gag...
sometimes the new episodes just have no real story flow to them... they're just a whole bunch of crazy things happening...
i think we discussed all of this in another thread but i think they should end it while they still have some credibilty...

after all you can only have so many episodes before you start running out of ideas right?

first you call us fanboys because we want the originals yet your going to go buy Lucas' SE in September... lol
do you even know the definition of fanboy? tell you what, after your mother makes you lunch how bout go on the internet and do some research instead of coming on forums like this one and just making yourself look stupid...

then you say the SE are the same story but with better effects...
well its not the same story because if it was then he wouldnt have had to change anything now would he?
example: orginally han shoots first at greedo (this makes han seem to be a bad ass in a way and not a person to be trusted) but in the SE greedo shoots first making han look like a pussy (as your making yourself look right now)
so i guess that kinda alters the story now doesnt it genious?

oh ya and better effects... i happen to love the awkward moving Jabba the Hutt in ANH: SE.. in fact i could hardly tell the difference between him and the one in ROTJ.... truth is he looked horrible and anyone who is anyone could tell the difference.
If the effects were that good then we should have thought that was the exact same jabba... but we didnt...
and when did jabba all of a sudden let people walk all over him (literally) and take it like a pansy?
another way the story changed and therefore changed the way we view characters...

and you say Lucas does owe us right?
in theory your right... and i have no argument with that because they are his movies and he does have a right to do what he wants with them. However Empire and Jedi arent his movies are they? and all the effects as well as models weren't made by him were they. NO! therefore Lucas has no right to screw with other people's creation.

So i stand by this. Lucas can release his SE and i wont buy them, because im not pussy whipped like the "fanboy" you are. Cuz your are a fanboy... you realize that dont you? that's okay im sure you'll grow out of it... but rather than buying his shitty editions of the movies, i will turn to bootlegs of the fantastic original editions... i would rather fund organized crime then Lucasfilm anyday of the week and twice on sunday..

as for calling yourself a fan.. hahaha... people who saw the phantom menace as their first star wars film is not considered a fan. in fact if you were a real fan you wouldnt be coming on here bitchin at us like a little girl who's brother ate her last cupcake. So take your sorry ass back to StarWars.com or whatever nerd fanboy site you came from....

wasn't a big fan of Moulin Rouge... or Chicago for that matter...
i think there was too much hype and when i finally saw them i was let down....
