okay well do some people at least agree with my other two problems i posted???
those were the two i thought Lucas should have really looked at the law of physics and human capability..
lol

i agree that the blaster and armour ones didnt bother me as much... but you gotta tell me the other two were just wayyyyyyy to far fetched...

and another scene i wanted to point out in AOTC which i thought totally owned!!!!
i mean this one scene makes AOTC worth the watch...
the sandpeople slaughter and then when he tells amidala... i thought that totally had a creepy feel to it... listen to the music when he tells her..
sends chills up my spine...

i think the ending of Episode III should have no talkin... maybe just have a photo montage of images...
quick glances of what each person i going through and what not...
i dont want too much information given away...

i figure a nice 30 - 50 seconds of just music and character montages...
perhaps anakin getting operated on, padme giving birth, sidious smiling.... stuff like that...

i dunno... im all about less is more so i find that dialogue may ruin the ending or give away too much..
just me though

well he pretty much just made fun of the fans outside the theatre...
if youve ever seen any triumph skits he uses the same kinda comedy he would in all....

it is a must download if you can get it off kazza...
i would go through it but i would only ruin his jokes...

u like star wars? u like triumph? if both of those were yes then its worth the download!

whoa this is a kick conversation here...
i was just talkin about all of this stuff today with buddies..
okay about the Jango/Obi Wan fight...

1. my opinion it was definatly pointless... but not only was it pointless but it was unbelievable...

- the blasts from the slave 1 cannon at obi wan should have definatly left some permanent damage i think... those were fired from 10 feet away and knocked him on his ass... and thats it?
figured something which destroys ships would have had a much bigger impact...
- i thought obi wan punching and kicking jango totally killed the fact that jango his this bad ass armour but is still knocked down with a fist....????
- the biggest complaint i have... take another look at the string which when obi wan is falling he throws it to catch on something and save himself...
ur telling me that falling from that height and using that thin of a string/cable (whatever it is) and stopping as abbruptly as he did that 1. it would not have ripped out of his hand 2. would have sliced his hand down the middle 3. pulled his joints from his sockets...

anyone's thoughts on these...

oh ya and please try and justify anakin jumping out of the car during the zam wessle chase and grabing on to the other one at that pace!!!!
HOLY SHIT!! that would have ripped Arnies arms out of the torsoe...

this is where i think the PT sucks... they're making it too unbelievable!!

1. i dont want jimbo banned because he doesnt like the SE, or cuz he thinks AOTC is the best movie in the world... i just believe that the way he is treating people on here is going to lead to new members coming on here and starting to think its okay to bitch and swear at people... as you see through some complaints people do think he does have a little bit of language.. which is fine sometimes.. but dont direct it at other people...
i have said it before and i will say it again... i enjoy all versions of star wars... but the OT is my fave.. so im not a prequel or SE hater... i just think they werent as good as the OT... but its not like im saying the OT was the best movie in the world... im sure we can all say it annoys us to some extent when jimbo proclaims that without any "thats just my opinion" or "in my eyes it is".. but instead he brands it in us!!! lol
so thats my beef with him

2. someone mentioned i have done the same... well im not gonna say i havent told off jimbo before or acted like an ass to him because i have and i meant to... however its not like i said "jimbo your a f**king a**hole" because thats not my way of getting to someone... however in many of his posts he's been rather nasty to some people on here and i just dont think thats the way to go about it...

4. i agree with everyone when i say dead thread on this one...

well bottom line is i've now got my bootlegged anamorphic widescreen versions of the trilogy as well as my LD's...
so i am now a happy man...

Lucas can kiss away the money he was going to get from me on his uber edition come september...
i even talked 10 of my friends into it so far... im copying it for them instead...

but why should a star wars fan not want the original release of Star Wars... this is beyond which is better now...
how will these movies be preserved??

i dont mind if people like the SE because i have said myself that i liked certain aspects of them but still want the originals... for comparison sake... how are you ever going to see how the effects advanced if you dont have the originals...

i once had the dilemma of choosing between ANH and ESB as the best Star Wars film... and even today i consider them very close to the best...
however ESB will always be one notch above ANH..
