lightsaber change looks good but the inside of the eye does look too cat like...
i mean to be honest that right there is something that never really needed to be changed...

i dunno guys...
compare the simpsons here...
the last season of simpsons had 22 episodes on 4 discs...

theres 35 episodes of Ewoks (reported by tvshowsondvd.com)
so im guessing it would be around a 6 disc set like jimbo said....

unless they release two 3 disc sets at the same time just labelling them season 1 and season 2....
both could be options...

theres nothing that could make me shell out my hard earned cash for this set...
theres not even anything remotely interesting about it..
the Bonus Disc is prolly the only thing i would like to see... and i have a feeling even that is going to be kinda crappy... (if they go about doing it the way they did the Indy disc)..

i was happy with the SW to JEDI the making of a Saga... i thought that should be a documentary in its own on the set....
so dont worry...
if anything ill be the one standing next to the display in stores warning people its not worth it...

the workers will have to drag me out of the store to prevent me from telling people but dont worry guys... im still fighting the good fight...

you start to notice things here and there that catch your eye in the widescreen version...

and i believe Ewoks only lasted for 2 seasons...
correct me if im wrong...

so droids could easily be done in a similar way to the simpsons seasons....
but i think Ewoks may have to be a multi release no?

i would rather take a mysterious looking woman over a fully shown faced Ian anyday of the week and twice on sunday....

i know that many are tempted to buy the set... but the way i see it... the pros totally outweigh the cons...

pros
better picture and sound
bonus materials disc?? ( i still think its gonna be like the Indy SF disc and therefore nothing special...)

cons
Hayden Ghost
New crappy looking jabba
greedo still shooting first
naboo and screaming gungans in the end celebration
awkward looking ian in ESB with dialogue changes
PLUs all the other SE changes that were done in 1977...

i watched my bootlegs tonight and must say that im completely satisfied with what i have...
the OT the way it was meant to be seen!

i still find that Lucas is definatly going to lose a lot of money that he could have so easily have had in his pocket...
and lets not forget that these people who say they are buying it are only basing their opinions on 1 - not knowing what version of SW it is... and 2 - only what they know of that has been changed...

some people could end up changing their minds if they do indeed change boba fetts voice or some other stupid change...

so really if they had called it that... Lucas would have to use his brain for once and come up with something different...
but we all know he's incapable of that...

i know The Clone Wars would have sounded weird especially after its mentioned in ANH.... but i still would rather have anything than AOTC...
