What's funny is we also have Biff on the forum, but it's been a while since I've seen that butthead.

These 2 unrelated pictures are about as funny as getting an arrow through the neck..and then realising there's a gas bill tied to it.
These are both in-jokes for us. You just joined, so if you don't get it, it doesn't mean they don't make sense.

Allow me to correct you on this, the tape is in the correct academy ratio, it only goes to widescreen in a few shots.
So sorry! Didn't realize this. My bad, Leonardo. Apologies!
no problem, man :)

Snow White- Leonardo has a pre-restoration bootleg VHS (unfortunately in widescreen)
Allow me to correct you on this, the tape is in the correct academy ratio, it only goes to widescreen in a few shots. These are shots where you would have on screen text, like the queen's magic book, or the dwarves' beds with their names on, and these little shots have italian text in them and they're widescreen inserts because they were taken from a widescreen rerelease.
with the most accurate colors...
...supposedly. The only thing we know is that this was a telecine from a Technicolor print.
I'm afraid this wouldn't work. The same method has been tried for vinyl records, and we still don't have the technology to make those scans sound decent. The most advanced method in existence is laser turntables that read the records without touching them, and these sound good, but they're pretty expensive.
well done. :)
please, stop staring at me! :(

I just hope I do not fry the other monitor as that would be another expense.
IMHO, not very likely.
Is it possible there is a bad connection between where the laptop folds down?
That's a big possibility. In fact, I have an old HP Pavillion laptop that has two coloured vertical lines on the right side of the screen. I'm assuming these are dead rows of pixels. I was able to trace the cause in my careless use of the screen itself, I used to open it too much, to a point where it should've stopped, it was almost 180° relative to the laptop! I first noticed one line appear, thought nothing of it. The other one appeared, and after that I stopped spreading that poor thing, and no more lines have appeared.
Try hooking up another monitor to the vga port. If it keeps doing that, your video card is fried, if it doesn't it's the notebook's display.
I'm not an expert, this is just my two cents based on experience: I had an Acer notebook fail on me twice because of a factory problem with the main board. Turns out it couldn't stand high temperatures, and by high I mean above the freezing point of water.
I wanna marry a lighthouse keeper.
Now…We're going to play a little game.
It's called, 'Who is your daddy and what does he do' ?
JEDIT: BTW happy forumversary :)
Stick your head out of the window and wave. I'll be waving too.
The "crate" pronunciation is also corroborated by Robot Chicken.

I remember watching PPG, I never thought of it as a "girly" show.
MLP:FIM seems to have taken the internet by storm. I never understood the fascination with small horses myself.
Well, we have Stormtrooper Baldrick, we need Hugh Laurie as a ditzy imperial officer!
JEDIT: Oh, and Stephen Fry as Grand Moff Melchett... BAAAH!!!
My gastronomic rapacity knows no satiety.

I can't see skirts ever becoming unisex attire. Hairy legs do not suit skirts and men haven't got hour glass figures.
So what about a girl who's figure isn't skinny? Or another girl who is but refuses to shave her legs? Would you also be against them wearing skirts?![]()
I would hope a women that refuses to shave her legs would were a dress long enough to cover the legs.
Hair on a women's legs just doesn't look right.
But God put it there.
All things furry and hairy, the Lord God made them all ...
