This would be my 1st edit.
I wanted to make it more of an action adventure movie. Kinda like the first one.
I romoved all the Kraken scene… But the last one. The others felt like they just don’t belong in the movie… It was more of a WOW moment. Also the parts with Elizabeth finding her was to Tortaga. I think that just slows down the movie. The part when Jack jumps ship… Come-on he’s… CAPTION JACK SPARROW

Cut out the scene of Jack Sparrow & how he get a hold of the sheet with the key on it.
Cut out the scene when Jack Sparrow hat goes overboard & The Kraken sinks that one ship.
Cut out the scene when Elizabeth Swann stows away on the ship.
Cut out the scene with Governor Weatherby Swann Talking to Lord Cutler Beckett.
Cut out the part when Will Turner get saved in the longboat & The Kraken sinks the 2nd ship.
Cut out the part when the Pintel & Ragetti are joking on the beach.
Cut out the part when the Pintel & Ragetti are talking about whats Jack, Wil & Norrington are fighting over.
Cut out the part when Will Turner says " I SEEN THIS BEFORE" its all about The Kraken.
Cut out the part when Jack Sparrow takes a longboat & make a run for the island.
Cut out the part when Elizabeth Swann calls Jack Sparrow a cowarde for jumping ship.
Cut out the part when Jack Sparrow thinks about the chose he will make in the longboat.
Cut out the part when Elizabeth Swann tell Jack " I knew you come back"
