Batman Forever - Dark Knight Edition (Released)

Sure, but the biggest problem with this an other edits is it trys to make the film Burton's batman 3.

Which the film isn't and never will/can be. Only two things can be done to help this film IMO. One

is an extended edition, adding in the delted scenes and keeping the tone of schmachers film. Or two, some clever editing of music and camp to help the film "flow" alittle better as a 3rd film in the series. Which from my understanding is what BTDKE tried to do.

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I wasn't aware it was done with a completely different intent.

GoodMusician,

I'm sure Johnny Ringo didn't mean to come off sounding like you owed him or the rest of us anything...I think he's just really excited....

Your feeling and reasons for being resentful are well taken...its a shame people are ripping aprt your work and it is pathetic that some are selling your work as well...by all means if you ever find out if someone on these boards was selling your work, please do share....we'll put them in their place...

Exactly, You don't owe us anything.I'm just anticipating re-downloading some if the stuff I did have that I lost in a hard drive crash.I for one have never had a problem with your way of doing things, You provide something that official channels refuse to.

My Review of the Force Unleashed plot based on the graphic novel (SPOILERS WARNING I SPOIL THE PLOT)
Time

I get the impression you hated this book before you even turned the first page. Now I'm not going to argue because yes, star wars these days is a bit of a mess, I'm just wondering WHY you read it when you make your hatred of modern day star wars so apparent. Wouldn't it have been wiser of you to make a neat detour around this?

"Vader says something to him like i intend to throw down the emperor with my apprentice but he is not you.  Which Implies that at this point he knew he had a son, and this is two years before the battle of yavin.  SO did he know Luke was on Tatooine?"

The actual exchange was this -

Starkiller: Then you never planned to destroy the Emperor

Darth vader: Not with you

That could be taken a few ways, You simply interpreted in in a way that supports your views. Starkiller was simply a pawn. All sith betray each other eventually.

I found the graphic novel to be entertaining. I DO welcome your views but my impression right here is that you are almost glad that it doesnt measure up to your standards so you can gloat about it all.

Wow, things ARE getting tense :) - Even if I don't win this thing I am quite enjoying the ride.

How many stormtroopers bit the dust falling down the Death Star's bridge chasm? 5 POINTS

just one - they [luke then leia] shot a few guys but iirc only one guy fell down the chasm

EDIT damn you HOTROD. how'd you all jump in so quick. argh.

I know this is really old, but did anyone else have a problem with Ahsoka wearing a halter top?  I know that Aayla Sexkura wore one, but she was a bit older and she started out in the EU.  I just think having a bit more clothes on would be a little more appropriate for a character her age and a Jedi in training.

I agree totally. She dresses far too provocatively. I mean it IS [intended to be] eye candy but why on a character so young?

And while on that point, what is the deal with Rex? - He's meant to hold the rank of captain so why does he wear blue armour markings, Captains should be wearing RED, At least when that style of armour was still in use.

It's my understanding that even specialist troops like ARC troopes still adhere to normal colour ranking so why whould Rex be exempt? Why set up a whole Military heirarchy if you are not going to adhere to it?

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles Thread

so uh, didn't the other guy use the urinal before he left the bathroom? I guess that's a price Shirley [Can't recalll the character's name] was willing to pay.

It did feel like a bit of a wrap up of the last season but i guess the WGA strike made things a little on the awkward side, I'll keep watching and see where things go.

Did the haircut scene at the end remind anyone of heroes / Peter Petrelli? - long hair season 1 / short hair season 2.
