Interesting article. A point to note … the State Department is a mess already. This happened well before Trump took office. They are under investigation at present as are some of the other agencies spewing quietly worded doomsday quips that the media then turns in to these headlines of gloom and doom for everyone.

There is a Making of Godzilla Vs. Biollante on the Bluray that is just awesome to watch if you’re a kaiju fan. It really lets you in to the process of such a thought provoking film (I know it’s Godzilla, how provocative can it be?) If you’ve seen it like some here have you’ll understand.

Little update on my grandfather: apparently he went back to the ER, worried becasue the place where they’d removed the drain from his neck was oozing puss. They checked, and he doesn’t have a fever, so hopefully, that means that it’s not infected. They cleaned it and sent him home.
A little leaking like that is expected due to what he’s just been through. They did good by taking him back just in case as one never can tell. I’m glad to hear he is on the mend. I hope you are too Mike.

I had a chance to watch the Shout Factory release of John Carpenter’s The Thing and disc 2 is loaded with Special Features. The new stuff that’s on there was really great. I do enjoy a good John Carpenter interview. He even talks about touring with his film music.
I am excited to see what Arrow will do with their release of this movie. It’s going to be a hard one to top.

I mean, I think the moment he was elected with the majority of the country hating him this was a possibility, but things have only gotten worse. Of course a lot could change between now and then, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw Sasse or Graham run against him.
What numbers are you basing “the majority of the country hating him” on? I haven’t seen any specific polls or graphs or pies that lay this out. Any links?
That bit was just some obvious hyperbole. Fact is Trump has never once had a majority approval. Literally check any poll.
I wanted to give you the chance to say so, it was only fair. Look how many politicians in this country have a low approval rate and they’re still in their jobs. It’s going to take way more than hyperbole on anyone’s part to challenge his Presidency and right now the only abundance of anything I’ve seen is hyperbole.
