Here's a line I don't understand:

"If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine." Huh? How's that? I don't see how that would make him any more powerful, it would just make it easier for Vader to kill him.

We saw Luke and Vader get struck down and that didn't make them any more powerful.

um Obi Wan becomes more powerful because hes learned the secret of continueing life after death. Something Vader does not yet know! Seriously do you know enough about Star Wars to put out suggestions on how to edit it for the better?

I for one cannot wait for the new Star Wars The Old Republic game. Hopefully the Star Wars MMO will be done well this time. I just wish something new would happen in Star Wars without everyone using it as an excuse to retread their dislike of Lucas and Star Wars. Cant you just enjoy that awesome trailer and leave it at that? Becuase I for one would just love to say GODDAMNEDTHATWASFUCKINGAWESOME!!!!!!!!!

As for the advancment of tech in Star Wars, yeah Ive always thought that it proceeded very slowly, but it's just something Ive come to accept about Star Wars.

This is Bioware's first venture into the MMO market, which leaves me a little bit worried that TOR won't live up to expectations, but not very.

RPGs are their specialty, and the fact that this one is online hopefully won't make any difference. In fact, it could work to their advantage. They are the gods of story driven RPGs, and that's the one thing most MMOs lack.

The release of any Bioware Star Wars game is always going to be followed by criticism of Lucas, because let's face it, Bioware know how to write Star Wars better than he does!

If the trailer is anything to go by, this will be EPIC!

All it needs IMO, to be truly great is a thriving in game economy, and player owned spaceships (possibly with space battles) a la EVE online, but that might be asking a little too much.

what has Lucas said about KOTOR?

seriously? wow! that's a shocker.

Well it was similar to the Tantive IV, picture it as the tantive IV but with the falcon's cockpit...

Bleh.

there aren't many photos left of the original Millennium falcon filming model because it was modified and became the Tantive IV. the only ones ever seen on display have only ever been the prototype models. this has caused some people to argue that the Tantive IV was never meant to be the falcon, but luckily there were photos taken before the model was modified which proves that the falcon was indeed the Tantive IV .

wow i didn't know that. Sweet :D

Possessed's edits of the Prequel Trilogy (* unfinished project *)

Just an update, even though nobody seems to really care.

I've decided against adding original trilogy music to the prequel trilogy. Maybe in a few spots, but overall no for 2 reasons:

1. The scores of the original trilogy, other than the main theme, didn't really have any relationship with each other so why should the PT?

and

2. There aren't really two many places it would fit. The prequel trilogy has a different story to tell than the OT, and it's a much more tragedic story, and the music should be mostly different.

One thing I'd do with the music in the PT is try to edit it back to the way John Williams wrote and recorded it. Mainly in the end battle.

Here are a couple of mockups showing Bail Organa's ship landing on Dagobah.

This would serve two purposes, now Yoda doesn't have to hide his escape pod in the swamp (he just walks down the ramp) and it explains why Luke finds the place so familiar (he was born there and not on some fancy asteroid base in the middle of nowhere):

Tantive Arrives

Tantive lands

Really cool!  But if you can (if you or someone manages to make the scene) please do it similar to the Falcon approach to Yavin 4 (as in: we see it head to Dagobah, it flies over the shroud of fog and the following shot is it already landed above.  Please, no more PT landing shots... <:( )

ok this NEEDS to happen.

Before Episode III came out I was really looking forward to seeing them land on Dagabah and even see luke and leia born there. The line Luke said when he was there about "something fimilar about this place" I always though ment he was born there. when I found out he and leia were born on as asteroid I was very mad at this. Please someone MAKE THIS CHANGE!!!!!!!!

Something i ve made for fun but can still be a proposition.

All i wanted to create is a little more interesting path that the heroes are taking, a more unique landscape and a reposition of the palace to be more impressive.

I dont understand whats so great about adding Jabba to Geonosis. Personally I like Poggle the Lesser and he makes a great villian in that scene. Also removing the line where Obi-Wan says good job is a bad idea I love that line and it makes for a great laugh. I always loved that line even though some people dont I guess. I do like how you edited the love scene before hand. It makes it very intimite. I say the less lines and more tenstion the better. However I would still keep John Williams beautiful music because its one the things that was good with AOTC. Not only that I would restore the music to the whole arena scene. Screw Ben Bert and his (Sound Effects) score John Williams all the way. His music is the soul of star wars!
