Actually, it's the Constitution Act, 1982. It also renamed the previous British North America Act (the original Consititution) the Constitution Act, 1867 and brought in the Canadian Charter of Rights & Freedoms, as sybeman previously stated. The Charter tries to be the American Bill of Rights, but tends to fail miserably because of the supremacy of the Supreme Court of Canada.
