C'mon, that's ridiculous. I think those rounded corners were a (so minor) bad choice, but it's so small ! Think about all that work to make this amazing 2.0 version !
Harmy, I think the right choice is to release this version with rounded corners. And if, after releasing RotJ DE V2.0 you don't know what to do with your spare time, you could work on a ESB 2.1 without rounded corners :) But you shouldn't be frustrated by doing this again because of eight pixels !

I don't think there is something changed between 97 and 2004 in SW (little effects maybe), but there is in ESB (the whole Vader/Emperor conversation) and maybe in RotJ (the final scene should be longer because of Naboo and Coruscant, but I'm not sure).
