The reason why Disney is not releasing their own movies in their original form is completely unrelated to the reason Lucas was not releasing the OUT. The fact that Lucas is out of Lucasfilm is what makes an OUT release possible, not the fact that it’s Disney that bought it.

Disney does not handle Star Wars, Lucasfilm does, so Disney’s track record of not releasing original versions is irrelevant here.

Pressing discs costs nothing. Double that and it’s still nothing. The two most expensive parts about these releases would be doing the actual restorations and advertising the final product, add a nice profit on top of it and you have the final price.

Yeah, 200 g of plastic for the discs and packaging are super expensive, Disney can’t handle that.

Spoiler alert: It’s Amidala’s security officer from Episode 1. And his Panakacakes are delicious.

The lack of feedback suggests that people aren’t interested in your “work”, the only reason people started to say it’s shit is that you kept asking for a reaction.

This thread is called what do you want to happen not how you want it to happen. Just list the main plot points of your script here and the whole thing in the proper subforum. I know it’s not frequented that much, but that’s probably because most people don’t want to read the walls of text that such stories usually are. Forcing these walls of text on us here is highly annoying.

If you can’t see how posting other people’s fan edits on youtube without asking is hurting the creator, you should probably take a closer look at what forum this is, LOL.

Murder is a tricky one…killing someone in general with no provocation is the ultimate wrong doing because you’re excreting your will upon that person in the most potent manner. And not only are you ending a person but you are ending what that particular person could have become. But on the flip side I think murder is justified if it’s to save an innocent life or if the law is to inept to put the murderer away.

Is it really wrong? We in the modern world talk as if it is a given, but might not humans be a stronger, better species if we allowed for more natural selection? Survival of the fittest would allow for superior genetics, and we might not be plagued with so many physical and mental illnesses. Humans could utilize their natural aggression to better the species as a whole.

“Superior genetics” is an arbitrary, human-made concept. Genetical diversity is the most important thing to ensure survival of a species. If we thin out our genepool to follow some ideal, we will become more vulnarable to a drastic change in our environment. Therefore, the survival of as many people as possible is desirable, whereas killing people is wrong.
