Okay, after reading your feedback, here’s some rewritten crawls that you might like better. I think I’m going to leave “REPUBLIC” and “SEPARATISTS” capitalized because they’re our main sides in the conflict. Most political organizations will also remain capitalized.
I have completely rewritten the crawl for AN UNTAMED EVIL because it just wasn’t flowing well for me before. I have left the mention of Maul because I want to cover his backstory there since we haven’t physically seen him since Episode I. But CMMAP, we have also previously seen Maul in Talzin’s crystal ball in Episode III of this series (actual series episode is “Witches of the Mist”).
I - PATH OF THE PADAWAN
The Clone Wars continue to rage across the galaxy. In an attempt to weaken the REPUBLIC, the SEPARATISTS have reopened droid factories on Geonosis and unleashed a massive starship known as the Malevolence.

Great choices on the Clone Wars arcs you’ve chosen! But I would suggest making one for the Geonosis arc from season 2 (4-5 episodes, depending on if you use “Senate Spy”). It is very important for introducing Barriss Offee and her friendship with Ahsoka.
I would also suggest throwing Season 3’s two-episode Mandalore arc into your “The Mandalore Plot” Fanedit.
Anyway, these sound excellent! I just wanted to share some of my ideas with you to make an even more cohesive story from the Clone Wars series.
I just wanted to let everyone know that this edit is no longer available. It was accidentally deleted from my MEGA account and I have no way to restore it.
Sure, but the thing is a lot of people criticised the score’s reliance on nostalgia rather than genuine emotion… like using the main theme usually reserved for the crawl when the civilian fleet shows up doesn’t elicit emotion, but rather an eye roll.
Before we change the subject, I just wanted to say that I actually really enjoy that moment. I view the main theme as the “Theme of the Star Wars Galaxy”, so when the entire Galaxy’s fleet shows up, it fits perfectly to me and elicits a lot of emotion. Also, that theme isn’t just reserved for the crawl and credits. It appears in various forms throughout all the scores.
This is kind of off-topic, but I completely agree with StarkillerAG about those “Sideways” videos.
That “Sideways” guy just seems so overly hateful towards John Williams, especially concerning The Rise of Skywalker (which honestly has a very beautiful musical score in my opinion). “Sideways” seems to think he knows so much more about music than John Williams, just because he took some music theory classes in college or something. Well, I’d say that John Williams, a legendary composer who’s been creating beautiful music for decades, knows a LOT more about music than some hateful guy who thinks he’s the smartest musician ever just because he has a YouTube channel.
But smug music theory people always get on my nerves anyway, because they completely misunderstand what music is about. I’m a pianist and composer, and to me music is about emotion and what music makes you feel, not about emotionless theory and technical aspects.
I meant the first arc of Season 6; The Unknown, Conspiracy, Fugitive, and Orders. Sorry that was kind of unclear, I’ve heard that arc called several names.
Maybe FATE OF THE REPUBLIC could be Order 66 Origins and Siege of Mandalore instead? I wanted Ahsoka to be the main character of the final film, but her side adventure with the Martez sisters isn’t as important to the final arc as Fives’ discovery is.
If ORDER 66 ORIGINS is in the final film, the rest of the Domino Squad arcs won’t really be necessary. The opening crawl can just explain that Fives is a clone and a friend of Rex.
Also, then Ahsoka’s return in THE SIEGE OF MANDALORE would be as much of a surprise to the audience as it is to Anakin and Obi-Wan.

I would really like to fit NIGHTSISTERS, MONSTER, WITCHES OF THE MIST, BROTHERS, REVENGE, REVIVAL, EMINENCE, SHADES OF REASON, and THE LAWLESS into a single film to cover Savage Opress’s whole arc, with him as the main character of this film.
MASSACRE and BOUNTY aren’t really that important, so they could be left out. When Savage reunites with Talzin in REVENGE, she explains Dooku and Grievous attacked the Nightsisters, but they’ll survive as they always have. That basically covers the Massacre episode. When Ventress shows up later, it can be assumed she decided to become a bounty hunter without showing her first bounty hunting mission in BOUNTY.
What do you think? I don’t know if I could get nine episodes down to a reasonable 2 1/2 hour film length or not.

The Mandalore (Season 3) arc should showcase Padmé’s political skills quite a bit, since CORRUPTION focuses directly on her. Also, HEROES ON BOTH SIDES and PURSUIT OF PEACE heavily feature Padmé.

I’d drop Mortis. A lot of people like it, but I think it’s super ham fisted and clunky - to me it doesn’t feature the ‘right’ mysticism for Star Wars. I’d replace that with the Yoda arc (The Lost One, Voices, Destiny, Sacrifice), which does a nice bit of mysticism and also shows Yoda starting to recognise the failings of the prequel-era Jedi order, preparing him for his Dagobah exile, a spiritual clash with Palpatine, and leading nicely into some of the plots of the sequel era.

I actually really like Mortis, but anyway, the main reason I’m including it is because it is very important to Rebels and referenced a lot, and Ahsoka’s bird friend Morai (who appears in the last Vader scene of Clone Wars as well) would make no sense without the inclusion of the Mortis arc.
I could include the Yoda arc, but it doesn’t really fit with the other films since the main character would now be Yoda and it’s just a four-episode arc with no follow-up arc to combine into a movie.

Hello there!
I have been forming an idea for a series of fanedits that condense THE CLONE WARS series down to six films. While I have not begun the editing process yet, I plan to start very soon.
Here are the episodes I will include and the film outlines:
EPISODE I - PATH OF A PADAWAN will cover a very abridged version of the Christophsis arc, introducing Ahsoka and Ventress. The remainder of this film will cover part of the Geonosis arc (only LANDING AT POINT RAIN and WEAPONS FACTORY) and possibly part of the Malevolence arc to develop Anakin and Ahsoka’s relationship and introduce Master Plo Koon.
EPISODE II - CORRUPTION ON MANDALORE will cover Season 2’s Mandalore arc and Season 3’s Mandalore arc. I also hope to include HEROES ON BOTH SIDES and A FRIEND IN NEED because those episodes involve Mandalore and are important for Ahsoka knowing Bo-Katan later.
EPISODE III - CHILDREN OF DATHOMIR (or SERVANTS OF THE DARK SIDE) will cover the Nightsisters arc and Ventress’s two episodes from Season 4’s Return of Maul arc.
EPISODE IV - AN UNTAMED EVIL (or BROTHERS OF THE NIGHT) will cover the remaining two episodes of the Return of Maul arc, followed by the entire Maul on Mandalore arc from Season 5.
EPISODE V - TRIALS OF THE FORCE will cover the Mortis arc and the Ahsoka Framed arc.
EPISODE VI - FATE OF THE REPUBLIC will cover the Martez Sisters arc (in an abridged form) and the Siege of Mandalore, wrapping up the series.
So, do you all think this will work and form a coherent story? I tried to pick the most important episodes. I would really like to include the Order 66 Origins arc and other Domino Squad content, but I just didn’t have any room in my six-film structure. Please feel free to share any advice for this project. : )

All things ive thought about for a long time, but it still dosent satisfy me.
I might have Dany fly straight to the Red Keep after The Loot Train to settle the Cersei arc BEFORE the battle at winterfell. That way, the night king gets to be the deserved final foe of the story, and we can focus on what really matters.
I will for sure release the last two seasons/edits with two alternate tracks, one with the LOTR score and one with the original GOT, for others to enjoy my alternate ending.
I will come back to this matter when I’ve finished season 6. Then we will have some good discussions.
That’s a pretty good idea about Daenerys killing Cersei right after the Loot Train. But then the “capture a wight” plot gets screwed up because they don’t need to show one to Cersei…
That plot was pretty silly anyway, but the Night King needs to get his dragon somehow.
Killing Cersei in earlier episodes is strangely difficult, because she plays a big role in the plot despite not actually doing much besides looking out her window.
But anyway…as you said, we can have some great discussions about this in the future. : )

Well, if Season 7’s Story is left mostly unaltered, then Littlefinger would already be dead. But I’m not sure about Varys. I suppose he would have served most of his plot purpose already by getting Daenerys most of her Westerosi allies. And if she is crowned as a good Queen for Westeros in the end, then his goal of “serving the realm” would be fulfilled as well. Then he could just fade into the background, still alive, without his “plotting against Dany” plot.
I’m a fan of your film edits and think they’re really well-made. But I don’t really think having the White Walkers win will be an effective ending. If all the characters just die without accomplishing much of anything, that may make the whole series seem kind of pointless.
It’s an unpopular opinion, but I personally like the ending and think “Mad Queen” Daenerys was heavily hinted at throughout the series. But I know a lot of people dislike the ending, and I know it’s not for everyone.
If you want to change the story without ending with the White Walkers killing everyone, you could have the Night King die at Winterfell (either by Arya, or if you feel that doesn’t work, you could just have him die when Daenerys burns him, since that’s actually set up with the “Will dragon fire kill him?” “no one’s ever tried” exchange from the previous episode).
After the funeral scene, you could have Daenerys fly south and immediately attack King’s Landing. Instead of Daenerys burning innocents, you could just have her fly to the Red Keep and burn Cersei. After the battle, you could then show Daenerys entering the Throne Room and claiming the throne. Jon enters, they have a short exchange where Daenerys tells Jon she wants to rule with him and build a new world. They kiss, and we fade to black before the stab. That way, Daenerys lives and gets the throne, Jon’s heritage matters more because he becomes a Targaryen King and rules alongside Daenerys. Of course, you would have to cut the tension between Daenerys and Sansa (plus other characters) for this to work. There are also other details you would have to work out as well.
Of course, these are just suggestions. This is your project, so you can do whatever you think works best. : )
